Summary
The pharmacy team at Samaritan Health Services is looking for a Traveling Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities. Other duties include performing a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This position is eligible for a $3.00 per hour float differential to be paid on hours worked. Travel will be between Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy sites in the mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast.

Provides effective respiratory care through approved client assessment, diagnostics, therapeutics and education. Provision of services is initiated by physician order and approved protocols.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Samaritan Health Services Respiratory Therapy team delivers treatment and diagnostic patient care services to critical and non-critical patients. We serve all age groups and patient populations using evidence-based techniques related to the cardiopulmonary system.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current registration by National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT) required.
Current state of Oregon Respiratory Care License required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.
ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
Two (2) years clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
GSR Respiratory Therapy:
If responsible for Diagnostic care, Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) required within 18 months of hire.
If responsible for acute care:
PALS required within 90 days of hire.

Serenity Hospice is seeking an RN Case Manager for our Eugene team.

What You’ll Do:
- Assume primary responsibility for patient and family caseload, including the assessment, determining eligibility, admission processing, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the nursing process
- Obtain data and assess necessary information from patient physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that may impact the patient and family's needs and initiate intervention by other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Initiate communication with the attending physician, interdisciplinary team, and other agencies for the purpose of coordinating optimal care
- Provide regular visits to re-assess the patient's needs and update the plan of care
- Perform clinical pronouncement of death and provide support to the family
- Maintain accurate patient records, charts, progress notes, reports and prepare care plans timely
- Supervise and document delivery of care by the Home Health Aide as required by Federal, State, and Company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Must possess current CPR, First Aid Certification
- Must be knowledgeable of quality assessment and assurance procedures
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required

- $22.30 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
