- Oversee inventory organization and ensure timely distribution of materials on a 24/7 basis
- Manage materials reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Understand and control rejected material returned to the inventory room and ensure proper and timely disposition
- Partner with Procurement Manager to return rejected material discovered on production floor
- Support accounting of recovered materials
- Be highly organized and efficient at prioritizing workload
Requirements:
- BS in business, accounting, operations, or related discipline
- 10 years experience with management of Materials in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
- 7 years management experience of small teams
- Experience operating within an ISO9001-certified company
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills

Job Description
We are seeking an individual who will work to process all lender consent items, such as transfers of ownership, easements, property management changes, defeasance transactions, etc. The Individual will be responsible for the full transaction cycle, from initial contact with borrower through close out of the request for the entire Newmark servicing portfolio of GSE, CMBS, and Life Company loans in accordance with policies & procedures, industry standards and servicing agreements. This includes all loans originated by Newark and held in warehouse, for securitization and those already sold or securitized. This individual will have a blend of commercial loan asset management experience including underwriting, as well as the ability to review and effectively translate loan documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer lender consent requests including, but not limited to, transfers of ownership, partial releases, management changes, collateral exchanges, modifications, assumptions, and waivers, in accordance with applicable loan documents and servicing agreements
- Measure any potential risk in transaction and minimize or mitigate exposure
- Manage borrower’s expectations and work with originators/UW to ensure internal customer service standards are met
- Manage process and effectively communicate among all parties involved in a transaction, including borrower, attorneys, Master Servicers, Special Servicers, and Lenders
- Ensure all transactions are completed on-time pursuant to investor guidelines and/or loan documents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete complex tasks in a timely manner.

- Monthly reporting to senior management

Core Competencies

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs PM procedures using manufacturer’s recommendations, standards or code requirements, as well as industry acceptable processes as guidelines.

Notifies equipment users, CE Managers, and Regional Director of repair status and delays as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAssociates of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics, electronic technology or related field, including comparable military training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CBET certification preferred.
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment.
Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and test equipment specific to the field. Ability to train CE associates on use and application of select test equipment.
Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, CAHO, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.

Strong customer service communications skills are required to interact with hospital personnel and vendors to achieve positive outcomes. .
Ability to provide or coordinate in-service training to clinical/professional staff on medical device operations and safety functions.

Provides Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service to general and various specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, as assigned by the Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs PM procedures using manufacturer’s recommendations, standards or code requirements, as well as industry acceptable processes as guidelines.
Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or other sciences and documents results of activities performed to comply with all regulatory and standard requirements.
Notifies equipment users, CE Managers, and Regional Director of repair status and delays as necessary.
