- 3 PM About FLACRA Residential Services: FLACRA provides 24-hour supervised housing for individuals recovering from substance use disorders.

Our therapeutic, client-centered environment supports recovery through daily living assistance, counseling, and vocational services, with strong family involvement encouraged.

Job Summary: As an LPN at FLACRA, you will oversee the medical and behavioral health needs of clients in our residential program for substance use and mental health.

You will provide medical care, support clients through detox and recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care.

Minimum Qualifications: Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Valid NYS Driver’s License Behavioral health experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and monitor withdrawal symptoms Respond to crisis situations related to substance use and mental health Conduct medical assessments and document care Collaborate with therapists and counselors on care plans Educate clients on coping strategies, medication adherence, and recovery Support clients in developing behavioral and mental health coping mechanisms Work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing patient needs About Us: Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA) is a growing, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and substance use treatment services throughout the Finger Lakes Region.
