Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversees planning, staffing, R&D efforts, and budgetary matters to ensure timely delivery of contractual commitments to the government
Manages all aspects of a major GPO contract to include leadership, technical performance, personnel and financial performance
Organizes and oversees technical performance and RDT&E on the contract to ensure delivery of all required deliverables

Minimum Qualifications:

Ten (10) or more years of operational and institutional experience in conducting or training physical surveillance in support of SOF or federal law enforcement.
Five (5) or more years of operational experience Managing Network Operations within SOF or Special Missions Units (SMUs) in the USSOCOM or the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). Also operational experience conducting testing and employment of deployable communications in direct support of military operations.
Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in a special operations career management field, served in an assignment with direct support to joint special operations.
Three (3) or more years of experience working within the USSOCOM IT networks and experience with low-visibility communications and digital encryption techniques and practices.
Experience serving under JSOC within the past 3 years

About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow new, profitable business in a protected territory. While part of the revenue-generating team, you’ll be the face of Liberty Waste Solutions—building relationships, uncovering opportunities, consulting, and selling our services, which will include construction dumpsters, roll-off containers, and/or front-load service. Your mission: connect with decision-makers, craft tailored solutions, and deliver results. This is a B2B role.
Key Responsibilities
· Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts for front-load, roll-off, compactors, and recycling services.
· Conduct 15-20 in-person cold calls/appointments daily and 60+ weekly phone calls to set meetings.
· Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and craft solutions.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a high level of activity in calls, in-person meetings, and networking.
· Enter activities, opportunities, contract expiration dates, and deals into the CRM and update daily to manage your pipeline and for reporting.
· Partner with other team members to close cross-footprint deals.
· Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to anticipate customer needs.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and follow up to close deals.
· Promote additional services and total waste stream management solutions to maximize client value.
· Complete all contracts, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
· Represent Liberty Waste Solutions at trade shows, community events, and networking functions.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of proven direct sales experience in a customer-facing role.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
· Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
· (Preferred) Contract-based industry. Waste management or service-industry experience.
