This technology engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, supportability, and continuous improvement of key infrastructure monitoring and management platforms, with primary ownership focus on tools such as SolarWinds, Azure Sentinel. This role requires a developer mindset. This person will also be providing operations systems administration support for hands on Linux and Windows systems. This role partners closely with internal teams across operations, monitoring, and security to strengthen platform health, improve signal quality, and enable effective incident response workflows. Responsibilities
Platform Ownership
Network & Monitoring Tools (must have)
Familiar with tools such as SolarWinds (including NetPath). As a platform owner, ensure platform stability, upgrades, patching, and day to day support.
Has knowledge about network centric monitoring capabilities including SNMP polling, traps, and device visibility etc. Ensure new sites and devices are properly onboarded
Partner with platform and cloud teams to ensure migrated workloads meet monitoring standards. Systems Administration (must have)
Provide sysadmin support for Linux and Windows servers, including:

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages and monitors construction contractors and consultants; develops, administers and negotiates construction and consultant contracts, master plan studies, amendments, change orders, and work authorizations.
Coordinates stakeholders including user and County agencies: County Attorneys, Purchasing, Small Business Division, Building Departments; FDOT and other regulatory agencies.
Supervises other project managers and engineering technicians; performs reviews and oversight of projects managed by subordinates; reviews plans and specifications, engineering calculations, pay applications, invoices, and Florida Building Code.

- Prepare risk reports and review with company leadership as well as with Hidden Harbor leadership on a routine basis to develop transparency of insurance spend and claims trends.
Risk Mitigation & Program Optimization
- Assess enterprise and operational risks at multiple portfolio companies and recommend best practices to mitigate future risk.
- Track loss runs and claims trends; coordinate mitigation efforts with brokers, TPAs, and portfolio companies
- Lead escalation and resolution for high-severity or complex claims
Health Benefit Program Optimization
- Overseeing benefit programs to include analysis and acts as contact with providers (including group health, dental, vision, LTD, Life, etc.), workers' compensation, and retirement plans
- Partner with brokers, carriers, and portfolio company executives to manage plan performance, costs, renewals, and employee experience
- Analyzes aggregate health claims data to recommend and implement employee wellness initiatives based on claims to drive lifestyle and behavior changes which will lower claims and premiums for the future
- Partner with portfolio company executives to ensure success with the annual open enrollment planning, execution, and communications.
Broker & Carrier Governance
- Maintain relationships with various brokers and carriers to ensure consistent underwriting standards and service quality.
- Evaluate broker responsiveness, execution, and performance against risk mitigation objectives.
- Coordinate information flow between companies, brokers, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Corporate risk management or
- Senior-level insurance brokerage or
- Risk advisory with direct program ownership
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity, multi-industry insurance programs
- Strong working knowledge of US commercial insurance markets
- Exposure to M&A transactions and insurance diligence preferred
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role
- Experience in negotiating renewals and running competitive bid processes
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree required; risk management or insurance designations (ARM, CPCU, etc.) a plus

Position Overview
The RN Clinical Management Specialist is a qualified professional responsible for collaboration with Home Health leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering quality services to the client. This is a regional resource assigned as needed for interim clinical leadership, training, and/or clinical support.
This position is a hybrid role that will require in office training and clinical support in any of the locations in Florida. You must live near one of the locations.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active and unencumbered license in the state of residence
