Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:

Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.

Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.

- Support the internal site selection team in conversations with landowners, brokers, and partners during early acquisition phases, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Serve as the central point of coordination, gathering information from subject matter experts to maintain alignment across teams.
- Ensure that project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risks are actively monitored and communicated to senior leadership.
- Partner with legal, site selection, energy, design, sustainability, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop standardized processes and tools for consistent North American development practices.
- Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, release logs, and development summaries, and coordinate information into regional and global dashboards.

- Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership and investment review.
- Lead teams to make strategic decisions for projects with multiple development pathways, ensuring the highest and best value outcomes for each site based on SME input.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, engineering, planning, development, construction management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in North American data center development, real estate development, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating input from multiple subject matter experts.
- Strong knowledge of zoning, entitlements, CEQA/NEPA, and permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions in North America.
- Experience with BTS and Spec developments.
- Track record of managing budgets, schedules, and risks for complex development projects.
- Experience coordinating with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and development pathways seamlessly, prioritizing competing needs effectively.
- Ability to manage projects with flexible development strategies and lead teams to the highest and best value.
- Lead comprehensive site due diligence in both desktop and detailed formats to inform acquisition decisions.
- Excellent project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Procore, Dashboards, Outlook.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20 percent.
The work for this position will be conducted in an office environment. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 128,700 - 196,000 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

Senior Project Manager- AP Automation

Seattle based government agency is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to take over an in-flight Accounts Payable (AP) Process Automation initiative and lead it through execution, go-live, stabilization (hypercare), and project closeout. The work includes workflow automation, system integration, and process optimization across financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly onboard and assess project status, schedule, risks/issues, deliverables, and vendor performance; review existing project artifacts.
- Validate/refine the delivery roadmap and re-establish governance (steering committee cadence, stakeholder communications).
- Lead day-to-day execution across business, technical, and vendor teams; coordinate workflow automation, configuration, and integrations.
- Own delivery controls: scope, schedule, budget/forecasting, resourcing, and dependency management; maintain RAID and decision logs.
- Facilitate project team meetings, stakeholder sessions, and executive/steering committee updates; provide regular status reporting using City portfolio tools.
- Plan and coordinate testing (system, integration, UAT), defect triage/resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
- Lead cutover and deployment coordination; drive stabilization during hypercare and transition to steady-state operations.
- Complete project closeout activities (lessons learned, final reporting, archiving/hand-off of artifacts).
- Coordinate with other third-party providers/consultants as needed (e.g., organizational change management, project quality assurance, compliance reviews).
