What Youβll Do
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Sales, Solution Consulting, Partner Ecosystem, and Customer Success roles.
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to define profiles and execute hiring plans.
- Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and close talent in competitive markets.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve processes.
Who You Are
- A seasoned GTM recruiter with a consultative approach and strong business acumen.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating complex searches and competitive talent markets.
What Youβve Accomplished
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales/GTM roles.
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates in SaaS/cloud markets.
- Expertise with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Pegaβs Partner Enablement & Effectiveness team is responsible for building the technical readiness and preβsales excellence of Pegaβs global partner ecosystem. We focus on enablement that drives outcomesβfaster demos, stronger client conversations, and scalable partnerβled execution. Our team works across Sales Engineering, Product, Industry, and Partner teams to ensure partners are not just trained, but truly ready to sell and deliver Pega solutions.

What Youβve Accomplished
- Undergraduate degree with 6+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience in enterprise preβsales or solution consulting roles
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Experience working collaboratively across sales, product, and partner teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

Compensation & Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is $120,500 β $183,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidateβs education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
