The Leader In Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: \"To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.\" The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Job Summary and Qualifications
- You will direct and coordinate the departmental function and plan for the delivery of patient care while containing costs.

What qualifications you will need:
Education/Licensure/Certifications:

Experience:
- Recent experience at the level of staff nurse, preferably within the last two years.

Job Summary and Qualifications
- The Manager of Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals.
- You will identify the cost-effective systems needed to support the business of the department; taking into account business trends, resource availability and changes in customers.
- You will establish effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
- You will identify and remedy through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
- You will work with Senior Management in meeting facility goals.
- You will provide leadership and direction as well have responsibility for 24-hour operation of the Radiology Department.
- You will organize, supervise and monitor the provision of the specialized clinical services, practices and procedures of the Radiology Department; ensure all applicable guidelines for accreditation, quality assurance and safe patient care are met.
- You will share in recruitment and retention activities.
- You will provide feedback on staff mix, ensuring competency of staff through development and regular evaluation, and providing disciplinary counseling.
What qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent managerial experience required.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
Current A.R.R.T.
Current Texas State License mandatory.

- Under the supervision of the ACNO, the Director of Clinical Operations, you will have accountability and is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical City Surgical Hospital Alliance.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting with one or more construction projects with the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The position requires business management acumen, and the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills and have strong communication and team building skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential construction.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Study and understand plans, specifications, blueprints, and process submittals.
- Work with and assist project coordination and support staff in distributing all project data and documents to the project team.
- Maintain field set of project drawings and specifications.
- Work with and assist the project manager and the superintendent in coordinating, scheduling, and managing all construction activities.
- Maintain accurate time-keeping and construction activity records.
- Coordinate information flow between field personnel, sub-contractors and design team.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating sub-contractor proposals including preparation of cost comparison/leveling charts as required.
- Monitor site activities and material receiving – ensure that material received is properly inspected for quantity and quality, and for compliance with specifications and approved submittals.
- Work with and assist the project manager and the superintendent with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, field purchase orders, weekly unit reports/meetings, weekly updates to the “two week look-ahead” and monthly updates to the construction schedule.
- Familiarize yourself with shop drawing and submittals and monitor the submittal schedule, contract documents, various tracking logs to comply with contract and company reporting requirements.
- Attend required jobsite meetings and take meeting minutes to present to all attending and non-attending parties.
- Maintain safety standards – safety planning is to be included in all pre-job planning and considered foremost in the daily operations.
- Maintain quality consistent with the company standards. Any repetitive quality problems with a subcontractor or vendor should be brought to management’s attention. The company has a policy and past record of providing high quality work and this standard is to be maintained on each project.
- Identify and aggressively follow up on all punch-list items.
- Close out the project in compliance with the contract documents.
- Satisfy the subcontractors, vendors and the company.
- Be sensitive to special requirements of the customer, subs, vendors or neighbors to ensure satisfactory relations.
- Other duties as assigned.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Requires Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree.
- Requires 2+ years of stick-framed multifamily residential construction experience in Sitework experience preferred.
- Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
- Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
- Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications and able to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
- Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines.
- Requires the ability to resolve field-initiated questions.
- Requires understanding of construction contracts, retention, and releases.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Performing this job requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. Job Summary and QualificationsI. Position Summary: The Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The Registered Nurse may be asked to float to areas other than his/her assigned service area, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center. Specialized skills for Labor & Delivery/LDPN include: (1) ability to provide the nursing process for low risk and high risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients; (2) ability to scrub and circulate in the Operating Room for cesarean sections and other surgeries related to OB care; (3) ability to provide recovery room care to patients undergoing surgery related to OB care; (4) ability to provide routine care to the healthy newborn; (5) ability to institute resuscitation to a compromised newborn. Perform Lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical as defined. Complete competency as required. Follow lab testing safety guidelines, maintenance and QC completion/documentation, and proficiency testing as assigned. Follow "good lab practice" in testing and initiate corrective action as issues occur with test system or result. Educational records (diploma or transcript) are mandatory for staff performing non-waived testing. Position will be responsible for taking call and meeting call shift requirements established by the department.
II. Position Requirements:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Current NRP certification through AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).. Current ACLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred. C-EFM and RNC preferred.
**Colleagues participating in a transition to practice program must have all required certifications at the completion of their program and transition to independent practice.
B. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN is desirable.
- Experience: Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice. Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate. Experience preferred for L&D/LDPN include: one year high risk labor & delivery or two years low risk labor & delivery, or enrollment in the RMC Labor & Delivery Course if no L&D experience

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and understands the unique aspects of the population served in the care of his/her patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The delivery of care is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. The Registered Nurse may rotate to areas other than his/her assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at SMC.
What qualifications you will need:
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure, Current BLS Certification through AHA or ARC.
- Graduate of a certified School of Nursing.
- Minimum of six months or more RN experience. Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice.
