A day in the life
Own customer outcomes by engaging CXO-level executives at game studios, publishers, and cross-industry accounts to understand business transformation priorities. What You'll Do:

Global Mobility:

  • Ensure timely and accurate information for expatriate and localized associates’ tax returns.
  • Oversee compensation reporting and local payroll tax withholdings.
  • Manage corporate and individual obligations under the Global Mobility Program.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations & Execution:

  • Serve as the hands-on technical administrator and architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, directly managing Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Build, test, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys, utilizing advanced logic (decision splits, engagement triggers) and scripting (AMPscript, SQL) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical production process, including audience segmentation setup, email/SMS rendering QA, and final deployment scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform (e.g., API failures, data sync errors, email rendering issues) and resolve them rapidly to minimize business disruption.

Data Activation, CDP & Personalization:

  • Lead the technical implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases, configuring data ingestion rules and identity resolution logic to create unified customer profiles.
  • Develop and maintain the data schema and segmentation logic required to power \"Next Best Action\" and dynamic content personalization across channels.
  • Ensure all campaigns are technically configured for accurate measurement from day one, implementing proper tracking tags, parameters, and feedback loops into the data warehouse.

Governance, Vendor Management & Enablement:

  • Establish and enforce technical governance standards, including naming conventions, folder structures, and data privacy compliance (consent management/opt-outs) within the platforms.
  • Manage the technical output of external development vendors and agencies, reviewing their code and configuration to ensure it meets Galderma's quality and security standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (playbooks, data dictionaries, process flows) to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency.

Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or digital transformation.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.

Job Summary and Qualifications

I.  Position Summary: The Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The delivery of care is based on criteria that is age appropriate and is based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs of the individual patients. The Registered Nurse may be asked to float to areas other than his/her assigned service area, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center. Specialized skills for Labor & Delivery/LDPN include: (1) ability to provide the nursing process for low risk and high risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients; (2) ability to scrub and circulate in the Operating Room for cesarean sections and other surgeries related to OB care; (3) ability to provide recovery room care to patients undergoing surgery related to OB care; (4) ability to provide routine care to the healthy newborn; (5) ability to institute resuscitation to a compromised newborn. Perform Lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical as defined. Complete competency as required. Follow lab testing safety guidelines, maintenance and QC completion/documentation, and proficiency testing as assigned. Follow "good lab practice" in testing and initiate corrective action as issues occur with test system or result. Educational records (diploma or transcript) are mandatory for staff performing non-waived testing. Position will be responsible for taking call and meeting call shift requirements established by the department.

II.  Position Requirements:

  1. Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Current NRP certification through AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).. Current ACLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. 

AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred. C-EFM and RNC preferred.

**Colleagues participating in a transition to practice program must have all required certifications at the completion of their program and transition to independent practice.

B.  Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN is desirable.

  1. Experience: Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice. Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate. Experience preferred for L&D/LDPN include: one year high risk labor & delivery or two years low risk labor & delivery, or enrollment in the RMC Labor & Delivery Course if no L&D experience
  1. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates good organizational skills. Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the Standards of Nursing Practice at Rose Medical Center. Displays appropriate judgement and problem solving skills. Communicates positively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
