Position Summary

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is a key business partner to Erie Home’s Operations, Pricing, and Expansion leadership teams. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering analytics to support decision making, uncovering profitability opportunities, and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve our short and long-term objectives.

This role partners closely with the Roofing Installation Operations team to provide actionable insights on profitability, cost management, productivity, capital deployment, and growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally curious, and able to translate complex financial data into clear, practical recommendations for the business. The position reports to the Sr. Director of FP&A, Flagship Brands

Acting as a strategic partner rather than a traditional analyst, this role uses data-driven insights, business acumen, and influence to help identify opportunities for Erie Home’s Roofing Operations team to scale profitably.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Finance & Decision Support

· Serve as a trusted finance business partner to regional and branch operations leaders, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making

· Assess and maintain standard costs to reflect changes in key cost inputs

· Analyze job-level, branch-level, and regional profitability, including labor, material, and overhead performance

· Develop and monitor KPIs related to margin, productivity, backlog, capacity utilization, and cost control

· Identify operational inefficiencies and margin improvement opportunities; quantify financial impact, and support execution

· Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation for operations team to drive performance and clarity

· Evaluate capital project and equipment investment requests, including vehicles, roofing equipment, facility improvements, and operational infrastructure

· Build financial models to assess ROI, payback periods, IRR, and cash flow impact of proposed capital investments


Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare and deliver recurring financial reporting packages for operations leadership, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods

· Perform deep-dive analyses on key drivers such as labor efficiency, material inflation, waste, and service costs

· Support monthly close by reviewing operational results and accruals related to operations

· Support Board of Director presentation material preparation


Budgeting & Forecasting

· Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for operations, including volume, revenue, labor, and cost assumptions

· Partner with operations to develop realistic forecasts aligned with backlog, seasonality, and market conditions

· Track performance against budget and forecast, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Pricing teams to ensure financial alignment and data accuracy

· Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, footprint optimization, and operational process improvements

· Contribute to standardization of financial and operational reporting

· Champion a culture of analytical excellence — teaching, influencing, and empowering leaders to use data strategically

· Share best practices, tools, and insights across the finance organization to elevate overall business intelligence maturity


Tools & Process Improvement

· Continuously evolve analytical methods, tools, and reporting to keep pace with Erie Home’s growth and market dynamics

· Help design and refine operational finance processes that scale with company growth

· Collaborate with IT partners to build tools and dashboards (Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) that elevate visibility and support real-time, data-driven management


Required Education and Experience:

· 4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or operations analytics, ideally within either a manufacturing or multi-site, direct-to-consumer or home improvement environment

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field

· Proficiency in NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture

    • Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.

About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170K-$210K (Boston, MA).

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.   • Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
  • Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
  • Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.   
  • Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
  • Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
  • Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

I.  Position Summary: The Registered Nurse demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of patients. Each service also requires specialized skills. The Registered Nurse may be asked to float to areas other than his/her assigned service area, and will perform only those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency. The Registered Nurse performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at Rose Medical Center. Specialized skills for Labor & Delivery/LDPN include: (1) ability to provide the nursing process for low risk and high risk antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients; (2) ability to scrub and circulate in the Operating Room for cesarean sections and other surgeries related to OB care; (3) ability to provide recovery room care to patients undergoing surgery related to OB care; (4) ability to provide routine care to the healthy newborn; (5) ability to institute resuscitation to a compromised newborn. Perform Lab testing as assigned based on protocol of each test, documenting results and communicating critical as defined. Complete competency as required. Follow lab testing safety guidelines, maintenance and QC completion/documentation, and proficiency testing as assigned. Follow "good lab practice" in testing and initiate corrective action as issues occur with test system or result. Educational records (diploma or transcript) are mandatory for staff performing non-waived testing. Position will be responsible for taking call and meeting call shift requirements established by the department.

II.  Position Requirements:

  1. Licensure/Certification/Registration:  Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Current NRP certification through AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).. Current ACLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. 

AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred. C-EFM and RNC preferred.

**Colleagues participating in a transition to practice program must have all required certifications at the completion of their program and transition to independent practice.

B.  Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN is desirable.

  1. Experience: Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice. Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate. Experience preferred for L&D/LDPN include: one year high risk labor & delivery or two years low risk labor & delivery, or enrollment in the RMC Labor & Delivery Course if no L&D experience
  1. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates good organizational skills. Provides safe and appropriate patient care within the Standards of Nursing Practice at Rose Medical Center. New Mexico Donor Services (NMDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at NMDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! This position will be the onsite Hospital Case Manager to facilitate all aspects of making organ donation happen.

SUMMARY FUNCTION:

The Hospital Case Manager is responsible for providing support for organ donation activities within the assigned facility/facilities to maximize opportunities for organ donation. Provides consistency and promotes trust in the donation process by ensuring excellent donor evaluation, management, and organ yield.

Works with donor hospital personnel, physicians, and Organ Recovery Coordinators (ORC’s) or Donation Coordinators (DCs) to obtain organ and tissue authorization. Must utilize consistent communication and empathy for both the donor family and potential transplant recipients. Extensive on-call services and call duties are required. Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

  • Provides extensive on call services to obtain authorization for organ and tissue donation. On-call responsibilities may be affected by increased donor activity, staffing shortages, etc. Facilitates the authorization process for potential organ and tissue donor families prior to, during and after death declaration.
  • Evaluates potential donors. Assesses potential donor families, obtains appropriate authorization for donation, conducts Medical/Social History interview, and assists donor families through identification of potential end of life decisions, attending family meetings and providing donation information as needed. Responsible for medical management of donors prior to recovery activities. Directs the placement of anatomical gifts as necessary. Provides transplant surgeons with information necessary to determine appropriate recipients. Coordinates and assists in the surgical recovery of organs and perioperative management of the donor when necessary.
  • Provides support to Hospital Development Coordinator, in the assigned facility, to identify formal and informal leaders, assesses their respective roles, degree of influence and needs. Works collaboratively with these leaders and utilizes their expertise to improve and promote donation. Assists in policy and procedure development. Functions as an expert clinical resource for the hospital regarding organ and tissue donation.
  • Will visually assess donors, interpret charts, document information and communicate findings. Collaborates with hospital and medical staff to provide potential donor families with accurate and timely information regarding the patient’s current clinical course. Maintains communication with hospital staff and attending physician regarding the potential donor family’s understanding of the prognosis and acts as a family advocate to the health care team as necessary. In the event of neurological deterioration and/or cardiac cessation, provides education to the potential donor family to include signs and symptoms of brain death, the process of diagnosing brain death, or cardiac cessation and withdrawal of support. As appropriate, discusses organ Family Care Coordinator and tissue donation opportunities with the potential donor family with the goal being to obtain authorization for donation.
  • In the event the potential donor stabilizes and is no longer considered a potential organ donor, establishes an appropriate support system in collaboration with the health care staff, brings closure to the relationship with the family and returns if needed or requested.
  • Provides appropriate information for the bereavement program to all potential organ and tissue donor families who wish to participate. As appropriate, provides a follow-up letter to donor families. Facilitates donor family and recipient communication in accordance with company policy and procedure.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    PHYSICAL TRAITS: Walks, stands and sits. Must drive to on call assignments. Communicates verbally and in writing with donor families, hospital personnel and physicians.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education Required: RN/PA/Paramedic or related health care degree or licensure or BA/BS preferred and equivalent work experience. OPO experience.

  • Two to four years’ Healthcare experience with families, counseling, bereavement and/or crisis intervention preferred. Acute care social worker experience strongly desired.

  • Licenses/ Certifications: Valid driver license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.


    Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required.

SUMMARY FUNCTION:

The In-house Family Care Coordinator is responsible for providing support for organ donation activities within the assigned facility/facilities to maximize opportunities for organ donation. Provides consistency and promotes trust in the donation process by ensuring excellent donor evaluation, management, and organ yield.

Works with donor hospital personnel, physicians, and Organ Recovery Coordinators (ORC’s) or Donation Coordinators (DCs) to obtain organ and tissue authorization.
