About the Role:
The D&EM will play an important role in advancing WILL’s fundraising strategy and deepening donor engagement efforts. Working closely with and reporting directly to the President, the D&EM will support the execution of WILL’s annual fundraising plan to include development and implementation of events, and stewardship of current and prospective funders.
The D&EM can expect their work to include:
Development Strategy
- Partner with the President and Board of Directors to support the execution of WILL’s annual development and stewardship strategy
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of fundraising initiatives that advance annual revenue goals and support WILL’s programs and organizational growth
Fundraising & Friendraising Events
- Collaborate with the President to develop and implement the strategy, concepts, themes, and formats for the WILL Power Party (WPP), the organization’s signature fundraising event to engage donors, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue
- Coordinate all aspects of the WPP, including budget management, communications, donor outreach, fundraising software, and vendor, venue, consultant, and volunteer coordination before, during, and after the event to ensure flawless efficiency and optimal attendee and sponsor experience
- Manage post-event activities, including, but not limited to, debrief meetings, donor recognition and stewardship, financial reconciliation, reporting, and data entry
- Plan and execute two to three smaller-scale donor engagement events annually to support fundraising goals and relationship-building efforts
Individual Donor Stewardship and Management
- Partner with WILL’s President to identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors
- Manage and develop existing donor initiatives and donor appeals and campaigns focused on acquiring new donors and strengthening relationships with existing donors
- Develop and manage a monthly donor program to expand recurring donor support and increase long-term donor engagement
Fundraising Operations and Gift Entry
- Develop and maintain regular progress-to-goal reports and development dashboard for the President and Board of Directors to track fundraising performance and revenue goals
- Ensure accurate and timely gift entry, revenue tracking, and documentation of all development activities
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all donor records and reports in WILL’s CRM
- Ensure timely acknowledgement of gifts, including donor thank-you communications and tax receipts, in accordance with nonprofit best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of nonprofit development experience
- 2+ years of experience with development CRM systems
- Demonstrable experience and success as a fundraising generalist, with hands-on experience with annual giving, special events, grants, and online giving campaigns
- Outstanding project management skills
- A high level of integrity and ability to manage and keep confidential sensitive information about donors, partners, and beneficiaries

THE POSITION:
The Senior Apparel Designer at tomboyx is a high-impact role that bridges Apparel Design and Product Development. Partnering closely with the Director of Design, you will help shape seasonal concepts, color direction, product categories, and print stories—then lead those ideas through the full design and development lifecycle.

Design Leadership & Vision
- Demonstrate and champion tomboyx DNA while executing the product design vision across multiple apparel categories.
- Partner with the Director of Design to research, curate, and present seasonal concepts, color palettes, product ideas, and print direction.
- Lead the ideation and execution of new designs from initial inspiration through final approval.
- Present design concepts, assortments, and seasonal narratives to leadership and brand partners.
End-to-End Product Development
- Own the full product design process, from inspiration boards, concept kickoffs, design and assortment reviews, and final line sheet.
- Lead product development each season in alignment with approved design and concept direction.
- Manage timelines and communication with vendor partners to ensure submits, artwork, lab dips, and approvals are delivered accurately and on time.
- Clearly communicate feedback, revisions, and approvals to vendors to keep development moving efficiently toward pre-production readiness.
Management of Artwork, Technical Design, and Organizational Tools
- Manage and direct Print Designer contractors, guiding print and silhouette development from concept through final artwork send-outs.
- Create design sketches and technical drawings; partner closely with Tech Design to ensure design intent is carried through the fit and development process.
- Maintain and update sketches, design details, and approvals within the PLM system to meet seasonal deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain line sheets, CADs, and design/board presentations throughout the season.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Planning, Sourcing, Technical Design, and Marketing to bring designs to life as commercially viable products.
- Contribute global marketplace and competitive insights to inform design decisions and brand positioning.
- Partner cross-functionally to maximize speed-to-market and clearly communicate changes in a timely manner.

The Director of Data Management and Analytics drives the data architecture strategy across the organization. This role is a subject matter expert in data architecture who translates business needs into technical specifications, provides research, data analysis, and delivery options to support data driven solutions. Job Description
- Looking for resources that have participated or owned their own fittings, can write up fit comments & pattern correction, have centric training, excel/illustrator/Flex PLM etc.
- 5+ years experience in technical design with intimates/apparel
Description:
- Individual contributor position responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit.
- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications.
- Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications.
- Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections.
- Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price.
- Typically reports to Technical Services Manager.
- Typically directs Assistant or Associate Technical Designers.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience in technical design with intimates/apparel

Job Summary
This position is situated at the main desk on the first floor and serves as the primary source of information and initial contact for students, alumni, faculty, employers, visitors, and staff regarding the advising and educational programs, career fairs and employer events of the office. As a member of the larger MCS Administrative Team, this position provides “first line” coverage and overall support in a complex office serving diverse populations of students, alumni, employers, and other stakeholders.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains up to date knowledge on full breadth of MCS programs, services, and resources. Delivers quality customer service by providing accurate information and personalized assistance in a high-volume environment in person, via e-mail, and over the phone. Follows, communicates and carries out office policies.
Replies to and directs emails in the general office inbox from students, alumni, and employers, utilizing templates and office standards of practice.
Creates a warm, welcoming environment in person and virtually. Greets visitors and callers, identifies needs and offers direct assistance or refers to appropriate MCS resources or contact.
Assists students with check-in and printing during MCS afternoon drop-in hours.
Helps students and alumni access and use MCS electronic resources, including online platforms.
Works with the Employer Engagement Team to process and maintain internships and job opportunities in appropriate databases.
Provides event support, including ensuring event information is accurate across platforms, and coverage for in-person events.
Ensures a timely and accurate flow of communication among staff as well as between staff and students, employers, and visitors.
Manages reception and event spaces including setting up furniture (e.g. chairs in rows or tables and chairs), restocking coffee and office supplies, and maintaining neat lobby.
Performs office event and administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Three years of administrative experience required; education beyond high school may count towards experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.

Working Conditions
This position is situated on the first floor of our building in the main area of reception, and the person in this role is required to work in-person (5 days a week), full-time.
Must have flexibility and availability to work both 9 am-5 pm and 10 am-6 pm schedules based on office needs.
May be required to walk 15-20 minutes to different campus buildings across the Harvard Cambridge Campus to provide staffing coverage for MCS events.
Must be able to move light furniture to reset presentation and meeting rooms and occasionally lift boxes (10–30 pounds) to help with events.
Additional Information
Staff members are encouraged to use public transportation to commute to the office because there is very limited street parking in Harvard Square.
The person in this role will work 35 hours per week in-person, and they will have an hour unpaid lunch break each workday.
The person in this role needs to provide coverage for after-hours (5-8 pm) advising and/or employer events as needed. They will need to flex their hours to assist with event coverage.

Purpose:The Director of Events & Program Management leads strategy, planning, and execution of all North America trade conferences, industry events, and corporate event participation. This role works closely with Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and operational leaders to elevate Avolta’s visibility and partnerships across the travel F&B and retail landscape.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and executes North America conference strategy, including trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events; manages all phases from concept to post-event analysis
- Partners with Business Development to align conference participation with commercial objectives, growth targets, and partnership goals
- Establishes and maintains brand standards and messaging across all event touchpoints, including booth design, presentations, collateral, and digital presence to position Avolta as a leader in travel F&B and retail
- Identifies high value speaking roles, sponsorship opportunities, activations, and thought leadership platforms; secures participation and prepares leaders for maximum impact
- Owns conference budget planning, forecasting, and management; tracks expenses against budget, reconciles post-event costs, and identifies savings opportunities while maintaining quality standards
- Manages relationships with vendors, agencies, and third-party partners including exhibit fabricators, production partners, logistics vendors, and conference organizers; negotiates contracts and oversees delivery
- Directs end-to-end event logistics including booth design, material production, shipping, staffing assignments, meeting agendas, and on-site execution
- Develops post-event analysis framework to measure performance, ROI, lead generation, partnership outcomes, and brand impact; provides recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepares executive briefing materials, talking points, meeting agendas, and internal communications to support leadership participation and cross-functional coordination
- Maintains centralized event and conference calendar with detailed tracking of commitments, deadlines, costs, and key contacts; provides cross-functional visibility and alignment across all business units and functional areas
- Coordinates signature company initiatives including Hall of Fame recognition events, North America holiday celebrations and team-building events, and annual Avolta Day activities
Reporting Relationship: The Director of Events & Program Management reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
- Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 8 years:
- In a technical role: Requires 8 years of experience engaged in event, conference, or experiential marketing experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-location organization
- A bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the eight-year requirement
- An MBA or a master’s level degree in a program related to the functional area can count for an additional 2 years of the eight-year requirement
- In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:
- Proven experience leading large-scale conferences, trade events, or experiential activations from concept to execution
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level content
- Strong financial and vendor management experience, including budgeting and negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software preferred
- Business acumen and also has the mindset required to understand the long-term implications of event and conference planning and to advance the organization’s goals
- Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of the business, stakeholders, the employee population and individual circumstances
- Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments
- Location/Travel:
- This role is based at the North America Support Center in Bethesda, MD
- This role requires travel up to 40%, including extended days surrounding major conferences
