Summary

DTS is seeking motivated, results-driven sales professionals to generate new business revenue across the Twin Cities metro area. In this role, you will drive office technology sales growth by engaging with prospects and positioning our innovative solutions, while maintaining ongoing client relationships to support account growth and long-term success. You will play a key role in supporting our commitment to solving technology challenges through IT, Print, Voice, Cloud, and Security solutions. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client environments and pain points
• Drive the sales process by turning client meetings into proposals, and proposals into deals
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the benefits of our technology solutions
• Own the sales cycle from discovery to close
• Develop and execute on territory plans to exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams to support post-sale activities
• Build client relationships, support account growth, and ensure long-term success

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or similar role, preferably in technology solutions
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong business acumen and understanding of technology solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Frequent use of a computer, including keyboard and mouse
• Typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute

Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.

Warehouse Porter: You will be responsible for general cleaning and basic maintenance duties both inside and outside of the facility while adhering to safety procedures. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns:  You will confirm accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages.  You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues. You will be manually unloading trucks and palletizing products. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.

Warehouse Returns: You will be operating material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse.  You will be matching item quantities and descriptions to packing slips on returned items, checking in returned product and tagging it appropriate. You will be operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures. Not all work will be completed on Material handling equipment.

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for organizing, stacking, and shrink-wrapping customer orders on pallets.  You’ll be loading trucks manually; lifting, lowering, and carrying product in a fast-paced environment and stacking empty pallets while maintaining a safe and clean workspace as you go.   

Please note, as an SC2 associate you may be moved into any of the above roles, or SC1 roles, as needed.

• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed. 
• An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Job Overview

The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst serves as the on-site liaison between the operations management team and the Information Technology team, and plays a role of a super user in the utilization of the system. Are you an OT or ICS engineer who has an interest and aptitude for network design and cyber security?

As a Ride Control Systems Security Engineer you will work within Walt Disney Imagineering’s Ride Studio on multiple ride attraction projects and are responsible for network architecture and cyber security design and implementation activities on new ride projects for installation in all our parks across the globe.  Join us in a highly collaborative and self-directed atmosphere to lead efforts applying leading edge network technology on Disney rides!

You will report to the Ride Controls Systems Engineering Executive

This is a full time role.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Operational Technology (OT)/ Industrial Control Systems (ICS) network architecture and cyber security systems development, design, and implementation for automation and embedded control systems on a wide variety of large-scale, highly complex, and innovative ride systems
• Perform engineering design and analysis for ride system networks, with focus on automation system architecture
• Design and test cyber security solutions and network architectures for ride systems
• Design, model, and analyze data network communication systems
• Research and test new products, technologies, and methodologies and conduct trade-off studies
• Prepare and propose new cyber security and network architecture concepts and standards
• Lead standards and policies development for ride control network and cyber security architectures
• Collaborate with and support project teams on network requirements, implementation, and issues
• Collaborate with attraction development teams to design and deliver ride networks
• Develop and analyze OT network performance requirements for high availability real-time system
• Develop and capture requirements and functional specifications in documents, drawings, and models
• Develop implementation plans and budgets for ride control network systems
• Develop and implement mock-ups and prototypes for proof-of concept efforts
• Develop test requirements and documents and conduct ride network installation/commissioning efforts

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of highly networked automation, process control, and industrial control systems
• At least 3 years of experience in network systems design, installation and configuration
• At least 3 years of experience with Linux and Windows system administration experience
• Demonstrated experience in network design and analysis approaches to ensure and balance network availability, performance, resiliency and security
• Knowledge of wired and short-range wireless communication networks used in high availability industrial and embedded applications
• Solid understanding of communication technologies/protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, Serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, 802.11
• Demonstrated experience in wireless communications for control and monitoring high-availability safety critical systems
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and remediating network and system vulnerabilities
• Demonstrated experience with cyber security technologies including firewalls, endpoint security solutions, VPNs, network security monitoring and detection, and security information and event management (SIEM).
• Solid skills in technical document writing
• Ability to travel and work both domestically and internationally, for varying durations that could be up to 3 months
• Ability to handle multiple complex efforts simultaneously, coordinate team efforts, and manage tasks and priorities
• Ability to maintain knowledge of constantly changing network and cyber security concerns in OT/ICS systems

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Rockwell and/or Siemens automation systems architecture and components
• Experienced in fail-safe and safety-related system design and analysis
• Experience with multitasking software platforms and design approaches
• Experience with wired and wireless network design and configuration
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network security monitoring, and vulnerability assessment tools
• Knowledge of software configuration management/version control tools
• Cisco, GIAC, CompTIA or other relevant network and cyber security certifications strongly preferred

Education

• As a minimum a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field from an accredited university required; Electrical Engineering preferred

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership and Transformation

• Serve as the primary technical strategist and executive advisor to C-suite stakeholders, articulating how integrated data, AI, cloud, and engineering solutions enable innovation, operational excellence, and market differentiation.

What You’ll Bring

The Systems Architect, Camera and Vision Technologies is responsible for defining and guiding the architecture for camera hardware, vision pipelines, and vision-enabled capabilities deployed on devices and edge platforms. This role ensures that camera and vision solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise product and platform objectives.

The architect partners closely with product management, device and edge software teams, AI/ML teams, hardware engineering, and digital solution leaders to translate business and customer requirements into robust camera and vision foundations that enable consistent behavior, efficient lifecycle management, and high-quality user experiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and maintain reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for camera hardware, vision pipelines, and edge-based vision processing.
• Establish common approaches for camera integration, image acquisition, preprocessing, inference pipelines, and data management.
• Ensure architectural decisions support real-time operation, scalability, reliability, safety, and security.

• Drive the strategic use of camera and vision technologies to enable safety, productivity, automation, and maintenance use cases.
• Own a portion of the internal technology radar related to cameras, vision sensors, and visual analytics.
• Foster responsible, ethical, and transparent use of vision technologies aligned with privacy, cybersecurity, and safety requirements.

• Guide architectural decisions related to camera selection, optics, illumination, environmental constraints, and edge compute limitations.
• Promote reuse and consistency of camera and vision components across products and platforms.

• Define patterns for integration between camera and vision technologies, edge AI/ML solutions, device software, hybrid mobile applications, and enterprise or cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure solutions support online, offline, and hybrid deployment models common in industrial environments.

• Define secure-by-design and safety-aligned principles for camera and vision deployment, including data protection and access controls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience delivering camera- or vision-enabled systems, with experience deploying solutions in industrial or edge environments.
• Experience with connected, automated, or safety-critical systems preferred.

• Strong understanding of camera systems, optics, image processing, and computer vision architectures.
• Experience designing vision pipelines that balance performance, latency, accuracy, and environmental constraints.
• Ability to think systemically across cameras, sensors, edge platforms, AI/ML, mobile applications, and cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, safety systems, or vision-based sensing is a plus.
