Summary

RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Warehouse Production Supervisor for the Night Shift, to join our growing Operations team. The Warehouse Production Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates the activities of shift warehouse associates during the night shift. Duties and responsibilities include assigning people and equipment within the warehouse to complete the picking, handling, and loading of customer's orders in time for the next day's deliveries. Orders need to be pulled and loaded on trucks quickly and accurately with minimal breakage.

In This Role, You Will

Plan work assignments and equipment allocation to meet production goals.

Schedule associates across case pick, bottle pick, truck loading, and replenishment responsibilities for optimum workload balance.

Release and monitor waves as products are picked and loaded, responding quickly to any issues in case or bottle pick areas.

As staffing needs require, step in quickly and effectively to cover warehouse worker responsibilities.

Where applicable, oversee the daily use of warehouse technology (WMS) as well as picking technology (voice picking) to ensure proper use and compliance with picking standards.

Ensure warehouse safety and housekeeping procedures are followed.

What You Bring To RNDC

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years previous Warehouse Management experience. Experience with Manhattan Labor Management and Warehouse Management, as well as experience leading and implementing changes in processes and systems are a plus.

How You'll Contribute:



This full-time (40hr./wk.) position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation and delivery of equipment and materials as needed between Diversified warehouses and client job sites. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the warehouse.   • This position is required to deliver products and materials to job sites and between buildings.

  • Ensure that outbound shipping requests are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with project specifications, as well as Diversified
    shipping and inventory control procedures. Confirm all documentation and data entry is complete and accurate before releasing the shipment.

  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse facility: breakdown boxes and control waste; store shipping pallets and other warehouse materials and equipment; follow procedures and inventory control processes; comply with safety policies.

  • Unload and receive deliveries: process receipt and/or electronically log all incoming packages, based on disposition. Qualify equipment/materials and store according to warehouse layout and project specifications.

  • Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies utilizing RF/ Scan Gun

  • Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.

  • Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.

  • Weigh, and label outbound shipments, including small package and freight shipments. Recommend cost-effective shipping procedures to staff

The Logistics & Warehouse Planner is responsible for coordinating material flow, warehouse activities, and inventory levels across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with warehouse leads, production teams, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed—avoiding shortages, delays, or inefficiencies.


Job Summary


You’ll plan and schedule deliveries, oversee warehouse allocation, track inventory levels, and align purchasing expectations to maintain a steady flow of materials throughout the operation. As a central point of communication between warehouse operations, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, you will manage inquiries, delivery updates, schedule changes, and cancellations while keeping communication clear and consistent.


Essential Functions


Determine required materials based on production schedules and warehouse stock levels.

Generate RFQs, purchase orders, and replenishment requests as needed.

Ensure incoming materials meet specifications, quality requirements, and cost standards.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistent supply to support daily operations.

Coordinate cross-department communication on inventory needs, delivery timelines, and supplier payments.

Track warehouse throughput, inbound/outbound volumes, and material usage trends.

Schedule and oversee the receipt, storage, staging, and delivery of materials and finished goods.

Liaise with suppliers, distributors, carriers, and internal teams regarding logistics and warehouse requirements.

Manage inventory discrepancies, schedule changes, and order cancellations.

Prepare cost estimates, inventory forecasts, KPIs, and operational performance reports.

Essential Requirements


Ability to analyze demand forecasts, warehouse capacity, and material consumption.

The Role


We’re hiring a Warehouse Manager, Receiving & Inventory to own the inbound side of our warehouse operations.


This role ensures product arrives accurately, gets received cleanly, moves into the building efficiently, and stays organized in a way that supports the rest of the business. You’ll lead the receiving lane while partnering closely with fulfillment, production, and account teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.


This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run inbound warehouse operations while building the systems, processes, and operational clarity that allow the operation to scale. You should be comfortable working inside warehouse management systems and using modern tools, including AI, to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen inventory accuracy.


What You’ll Do


Receiving & Inbound Operations


  • Own the day-to-day receiving process for inbound shipments from vendors, printers, and manufacturers
  • Verify counts, SKUs, packaging, and condition of incoming product before it is accepted into inventory
  • Oversee staging, labeling, and putaway to keep inbound product moving efficiently
  • Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies and coordinate resolution quickly
  • Maintain a clean, organized receiving dock and staging area


Inventory Accuracy & Control


  • Ensure inventory is received accurately in ShipHero and internal systems
  • Oversee putaway standards, inventory organization, and location accuracy
  • Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations
  • Identify root causes of inventory issues and implement process improvements


Team Leadership


  • Manage, train, and develop receiving and inventory-focused warehouse staff
  • Set daily priorities and monitor productivity and accuracy
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the receiving lane
  • Coordinate labor needs with fulfillment and warehouse leadership


Systems, Automation & Operational Tools


  • Serve as the operational owner for inbound inventory workflows in ShipHero, ensuring products are received correctly and available to fulfillment quickly
  • Use to track inbound shipments, operational tasks, and cross-team coordination
  • Work with warehouse leadership to improve automation, workflows, and system integrations that reduce manual work and operational bottlenecks
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory visibility, inbound forecasting, and warehouse task management
  • Maintain clean and reliable inventory data so fulfillment, production, and account teams have accurate visibility.
  • Troubleshoot operational tools and coordinate with internal tech resources when issues arise


Cross-Team Coordination


  • Communicate inbound shipment timing and inventory readiness to fulfillment and production teams
  • Partner with account managers when incoming inventory affects launches, releases, or client orders
  • Maintain and improve SOPs for receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse workflows

Required

  • 3+ years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or inventory operations experience
  • Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams
  • Strong attention to detail and operational organization
  • Experience working inside warehouse management systems (WMS) and related operational software
  • Strong computer fluency and ability to learn new operational tools quickly
