Job Summary: The Emergency Services Coordinator will inspect and audit all Safety regulatory compliance for the entire Six Flags property. They will also participate in Fire Protection and assist the EMS team when necessary.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to fire-related calls for service as part of the Fire Brigade
- Conduct and record safety audits and inspections regularly throughout the Six Flags Great Adventure properties
- Conduct safety inspections before or during projects to analyze safety risks
- Educate employees on safety standards and procedures

- Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident
- Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events

- Respond to medical emergencies and assist as needed
- Complete any task assigned by the Emergency Services Supervisor, Public Safety Supervisor, or Public Safety Manager
Required Qualifications:

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
The Sr. Manager of Marketing Science drives and executes strategic initiatives that improve our marketing data and analytics capabilities. This role will leverage advanced analytics techniques and data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of paid, owned, and earned media measurement, strong analytics and insights skills, broad knowledge of marketing technologies, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior stakeholders. This role is critically important for the success of the Global Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics (FPA) team and reports to the Head of Analytics within the team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leadership
* Lead marketing science initiatives in the development and execution of advanced analytics to support marketing strategies and goals.
* Provide thought leadership on marketing measurement techniques, including the trade-offs between controlled experiments, natural experiments, and multivariate statistical models for different situations.
Marketing Science
* Partner with our media agency to ensure we are maximizing the output of our media mix model (MMM) partner.
* Deep understanding and experience with creating and managing marketing attribution solutions, i.e., multi-touch attribution (MTA). Ability to build/maintain in-house solutions and/or work with outside partners as necessary.
* Identify and maintain marketing analytics key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure performance.
* Partner with data scientists, IT, and consultants to develop advanced analytical models and dashboards related to marketing.
* Ability to perform statistical analyses and tests to quantify the business value of an opportunity.
* Familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing.
Reporting and Data Management

The Role
The successful candidate will focus on pre-enrollment credit risk strategy and play a key role across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and enhancing credit risk strategies across acquisition and early lifecycle stages
- Analysing application data, credit bureau reports, trade lines, and portfolio performance
- Partnering with model development teams on scorecards and machine learning models
- Monitoring early risk indicators and overall portfolio health
- Ensuring compliance with ECOA, FCRA, and UDAAP regulations
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborating closely with sales, operations, and legal teams
- Conducting market and industry research to inform strategy
About You
This role suits someone who is analytically strong, commercially aware, and comfortable influencing decision-making.
Required experience:
- 4+ years of experience in credit analytics, underwriting, or consumer lending

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Berklee is searching for an analytical and proactive Senior Finance Accountant to join our Accounting team. About the Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Senior Finance Accountant oversees the integrity and control of Berklee's financial records. This role is the primary lead for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E), lease accounting, and bond compliance. This is a vital position that ensures our physical campus and financial assets are managed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capital Asset Management: Oversee the purchasing, tracking, depreciation, and reporting for all PP&E. You'll review capital accounts within Workday, manage routine inventories, and provide monthly depreciation forecasts.
- Lease Accounting (ASC 842): Manage rental income and lease reconciliations. You'll ensure rent expenses, right-of-use assets, and liabilities are recorded in strict accordance with ASC 842 standards, keeping pace with FASB changes.
- Bond Compliance: Handle bond-related accounting and assist leadership with annual reporting and compliance requirements.
- Reporting & Audits: Support the Director of Accounting with annual filings (such as 3ABC and Census Bureau surveys) and prepare comprehensive work paper packages for the fiscal year-end audit.
- Month-End Close: Assist the Assistant Controller with journal entries and reporting to ensure a smooth and accurate close process.
- Process Improvement: Create and update procedural manuals to ensure the accounting team remains efficient and innovative.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience (experience in higher education or non-profits is a plus).
- Strong technical knowledge of ASC 842 lease standards.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software and spreadsheet applications (experience with Workday is highly desirable).
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and constituents across the institution.

Hiring Range: $95,000 to $113,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
