Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of products and services. Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while meeting the client's expectations. Successfully close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and production, to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates via Salesforce to VP of Sales and senior leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in EF&I services, telecommunications, cable manufacturing, or related industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of EF&I services and cable manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Maintain smooth operation of classified networks - LAN/WAN environments.
Plan, design, configure, and install network hardware in support of customer requirements.

Experience with HAIPE/TACLANE and other military COMSEC/CRYPTO equipment and procedures.

Position Overview
Francison Consulting is looking for a highly motivated Document Control I to join our team in supporting the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, supporting project managers with administrative and reporting functions, and ensuring accurate tracking of construction related records. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of change orders, notices to proceed, RFQs, Board letters, and general correspondence
- Support processing of payment requests, change orders, submittals, and Requests for Information RFIs
- Maintain project logs and documentation for payments, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Establish and maintain project document filing systems in accordance with County procedures
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and status updates using County standard forms and processes
- Manage and track project documentation within the project management system
- Maintain electronic filing systems and document control logs for accurate project tracking
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital platforms such as SharePoint or OneDrive for documentation and reporting

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead ground‑up and brownfield data center construction for a major enterprise client. This is a hands-on, field‑driven role owning delivery from site prep to commissioning and turnover.
What You’ll Do- Lead multi‑phase data center construction projects end‑to‑end
- Drive scheduling, budgeting, risks, and change control
- Manage daily onsite coordination with GCs, trades, cabling + security vendors
- Oversee rack/stack, structured cabling, power/cooling readiness, and equipment logistics
- Support Level 1–5 commissioning and ensure QA/QC across all trades
- Ensure safety, compliance, security systems deployment, and documentation
- Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and executive communication
- 5+ years data center construction or large‑scale infrastructure delivery
- Strong experience across MEP, cabling, security systems, and commissioning
- Proven success taking projects from pre‑con through operations handoff
- Excellent onsite leadership, vendor management, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Hyperscale/cloud data center experience
- Commissioning/IST and Tier‑level reliability experience
- Familiarity with PM tools (Smartsheet, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience in prototype or fast‑changing environments
