The Management Trainee position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, \"to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.\" Additionally, Management Trainees perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).   • Motivate Teammates to initiate and complete daily tasks
  • Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates in accordance with Buckle policies
  • Actively recruit for the store and participate in interviewing with Store Manager
  • Support Store Manager by setting up all interviews

Visual Merchandise Management

  • Develop skills and educate Teammates to implement, evaluate and create visual displays based on Buckle guidelines
  • Responsible for managing product categories such as: denim, shoe, promotions and supplies
  • Maintain store standards of excellence at all times
  • Ensure sales floor is consistently sized and new freight is appropriately displayed

Operations

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
  • Set goals and expectations to complete an extensive Management Trainee Program with weekly topics, assignments and reviews
  • Review completed Management Trainee assignments with District Manager
  • Establish relationships and excellent communication with Area Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office to assist Store Manager in effective operation of the store
  • Accurately and efficiently complete store opening and closing procedures according to Buckle procedures

  • Prepare to be a Store Manager by collaboratively supervising Teammates in their store location with supervision from store management. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, training, reviewing, delegating, scheduling, and leading Teammates
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence

  • Communicate with the appropriate personnel from Resource Protections and Human Resources any non-negative results during drug and alcohol screenings on team members. Ensure all procedures are followed with securing and sending out samples for outside testing

  • Safely operate motor vehicles and golf carts that are both automatic and manual drive

  • Support the rollout of national training initiatives, including drafting communications for HR and management, overseeing session calendars, and coordinating with trainers to accommodate all scheduled sessions.
  • Preview and edit company training programs and assist with program rollouts.
  • Assist in the maintenance of training and development budgets by tracking invoices and maintaining training attendance records.
  • Monitor the monthly service KPIs and propose action plans accordingly.

Summary:

Responsible for the proper maintenance and sanitization of all silos, milk lines, cream lines, blend lines, whey lines, separators and cream tanks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  1. Manually disassembles and cleans samplers, activators and valves.
  2. Checks and replaces worn gaskets and o-rings.
  3. Replaces QMI samplers when needed, not less than once per week.
  4. Ensures silo's are inspected and initialed before reassembling. Check titrations document.
  5. Empties and washes silos every 72 hours.
  6. Cleans whey separators with a wash daily.
  7. Assures whey and cream samples are at the laboratory as scheduled every two hours.
  8. Cleans all milk, cream, whey, and blend lines at the end of each day.
  9. Checks with Supervisor for silo rotation for pasteurization.
  10. Maintains tank room ensuring cleanliness. Hoses rolled up, sanitizes pipes and ports capped.

Summary:


Directs the functional area's activities and resources of the Food and Nutrition Department to ensure alignment with Memorial Healthcare System. Responsible for coordination and development of education and orientation components.
  • Responsible for the development of policies and procedures for effectively managing all components of the dietetic internship program.
  • Works with department’s Director in the development and implementation of operational goals and policies and procedures consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements and objectives of the organization.
  • Responsible for recruitment, advisement, evaluation, and counseling of dietetic interns.
