As Project Architect/Designer, your role will be to assist clients in a wide range of new construction and remodeling projects, hospitality design, historic preservation, and sustainable building. You will be helping clients achieve their desired outcomes on all aspects of tile design, installation, care & maintenance, historical references, aesthetic details, color and finish, and coordination with other surfaces in a variety of tile applications. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities from initial design concepts through order fulfillment
- Develop SketchUp models of interiors to demonstrate tile design and application
- Utilize 3D printing resources to create and render production tools, product prototypes, etc.
- Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers on project design details
- Work with internal stakeholders such as Marketing and product management, customer support, and operations to facilitate project fulfillment
- Manage and prioritize workflow based on customer need and resource availability
- Address client questions and requests via phone, email and online chat
- Collaborate on new product development with tilemakers around the world
- Assist in the resolution of project changes and order exceptions
- Prepare and present IDCEC-accredited CEU programs via live webinar and on-demand

- Will act as the liaison between the client and the architecture firm

- Present and gains approval of concepts to the client kicks off new projects, manage the design process for internal activities and external vendors
- Establishes and ensures adherence to set budget
- Manages overall client relationship from initial assessment of client needs, through design concept presentations and final delivery of projects.
- Review of engineering drawings to ensure they comply with the design solution
- Works with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings
- Provide furniture layouts, selections, and specifications / Provide FFE quotation coordination with dealers
- Obtain client approval and ensure integration into the overall design
- Produces, reviews, and finalizes space plans for projects
- Extensive knowledge of detailing and finalizing details on projects
- Develops and delivers overall design and furniture packages
- Interior and exterior signage specification and branding
- Ensures adherence to set budget and immediately informs PM and/or client of any potential variances to the budget
Education, Work Experience, Background, and Schedule
- Graduate of architecture, design, or business school: equivalent experience may be substituted
- 6+ years’ experience producing design projects
- Hybrid schedule Works at Client Campus (T/W/Th) and Remote days (M/F)

JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Architect takes the vision of the design team and leads the production team to create a biddable, buildable, code-compliant set of construction documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by architect.
• Monitor and oversee the construction documentation process including reviewing and approving shop drawings.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology (medical oncology)
- Active Iowa medical license or active IMLC (LOQ required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hematology/medical oncology (outpatient and inpatient)
- Willingness to provide coverage at both Des Moines and West Des Moines locations
- Clean malpractice and background history (recent NPDB self-query required)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive hematology and medical oncology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient wards
- Perform patient assessments, develop and manage individualized treatment plans, and adjust therapies as clinically indicated
- Oversee chemotherapy ordering and administration oversight, including supportive care and safety protocols
- Coordinate referrals to ancillary services (radiation oncology, palliative care, social work) to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life planning
- Accurate documentation and timely communication using EPIC to support quality outcomes and oncology care pathways

- Manage orthopedic trauma, infections, tumors, deformities, metabolic bone issues, injuries, and degenerative disease of the extremities and spine
- Deliver surgical and non-surgical care for hand, foot/ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow conditions
- Assess, stabilize, and determine disposition for emergent orthopedic presentations per hospital policies
- Provide ICU-level orthopedic support as needed, following unit protocols
- Document timely and accurately in Epic; communicate treatment plans with nurses, APPs, and consulting services
