In this role, you will ensure that intake and referral processes are completed efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of patients, families, referral sources, and the organization. Essential Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to referrals from hospitals, home health, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals

About the Facility
- Salinas Valley State Prison The mission of California State Prison, Sacramento (CSP SAC) is to serve the public by safely and humanely housing maximum and high-security offenders, as well as those requiring specialized mental health programming and high-risk medical concerns.
CSP SAC provides rehabilitative opportunities through educational programming, vocational training, self-help programs and mental health treatment.
These rehabilitative programs are offered on all facilities as a part of CSP SAC's commitment to public safety and rehabilitation.
The rehabilitative programs and services are essential to an individual's transition from prison and successful reintegration back into the community.
CSP-SAC is primarily a Level IV institution, consisting of twenty-four semi-autonomous 180 designed housing units and one standalone Administrative Segregation Unit all surrounded by a Lethal Electrified Perimeter Fence.
There is also a Level I Minimum Support Facility (MSF).
CSP-SAC has three of the four level of care identified by the Mental Health Services Delivery System, Correctional Clinical Case Management System, Enhanced Outpatient Program, and Mental Health Crisis Bed.
CSP-SAC is on 882 acres, sharing this property with Folsom State Prison, Folsom Women's Facility, and California Prison Industry Authority.
In 2012, CSP-SAC was the first institution in California to achieve American Correctional Association accreditation with 98.6 percent score.

Provide clinical consultation to psychiatric staff on unusual, complex or serious problems and cases where technical expertise is needed.
Prescribe medication as deemed appropriate for treatment and utilize the CDCR Correctional Formulary or obtain non-formulary approval.
Interpret laboratory results and make clinically appropriate referrals to medical services, as appropriate.
Determine type of psychiatric and general medical treatment needed.
Prescribe changes in treatment when indicated.

- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Avion Hospitality standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards).

- Maintain cashiering responsibilities as per Front Office procedures according to hotel standards.
- Maintain Front Office computer system operation according to the hotels standards.
- Fulfill all Front Office functions between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Follow up to ensure periodic checks by the Security are made of building and guest corridors to ensure all areas are locked and secured (property specific)
- Handle and follow through on all guest requests daily from 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures according to hotel standards.
- Maintain proper record keeping (i.e., log books, etc.) according to hotel standards.
- Complete the initial direct bills, daily, and place on the Property Accountant's desk; Attach all folio/ banquet check back-up to the bills.
- Maintain radio contact with other associates during entire shift.
- Have a working knowledge of security procedures.
- Ensure associates are at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow associates.
- Prepare and distribute the Daily Flash Report as needed.
- Transfer the master or house accounts as necessary.
- Distribute work (i.e., revenue printouts, charge and paid folios, vouchers and checks, etc.) as directed by S.O.P.’s.
- Train any new Night Auditors as requested by management.
- Run morning reports according to Avion Hospitality procedures.
- Assign delivery of newspapers daily. Deliver or assign delivery of Express Check-Out's.
- Follow up to ensure that nightly walk-through includes removal of all room service trays and straightening of pool and Jacuzzi area (property specific)
- Handle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standard.
- Complete any reports as requested by management in a timely manner.
- Complete any miscellaneous duties as required (i.e., resetting Food and Beverage P.O.S. where necessary, distribution of credit "Watch List", and preparation of daily revenue summary).
- As applicable to the hotel, may assist guests with food orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner; demonstrates suggestive selling techniques, and maintains a clean organized environment for guests.
- Attend meetings as required by management.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Guest Services Manager or any other member of management.

- A certified medication aid shall administrator prescription medications as approved only at the delegation of the nurse
- Ensure that an adequate supply of floor stock medications, supplies, and equipment are on hand to meet the nursing needs of the residents
