ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:




  • Ability to perform all T3 tasks

  • Must have demonstrated advanced analytical and repair skills in vehicle maintenance

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Must be available to work shift work/weekends and on call duty as required

  • Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:

  • Performs standard vehicle maintenance

  • Performs preventive maintenance

  • Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.

  • Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents

  • Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable.

  • Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns.

  • Performs facility maintenance duties

  • Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.

  • Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics

  • Coaches/Mentors other level technicians

  • Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs

  • Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available

  • Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)

Job Summary:

Responsible for all medical services performed by the treatment center. Provides medical oversight and leadership to the varying clinical staff under their supervision to ensure the quality of care is provided to our patients.

  • Provides and/or ensures, via physician extenders, a physical examination of all patients upon admission and/or readmission, including, without limitation, annual physical examinations and health examinations, and reviews, at patients' request, the admissions-related laboratory results. All examinations shall be performed consistent with the applicable rules and regulations for medically monitored treatment programs/facilities in the state in which the clinic operates.
  • Issuance of patient medication change orders and as such verbal orders may be issued. Supervision of nursing staff regarding changes in medication dosage via verbal or written orders.
  • Will be available to staff for emergency management of patient care
  • Referral of patients to primary care providers for medical conditions other than narcotic addiction
  • Provide training to all clinical staff under the supervision of this role. Training will include but is not limited to, chart and dosing reviews, face-to-face training with the physicians and nurses based on chart review findings, and updates on any new policy or procedures. May provide additional clinical training support to other locations as requested.
  • Participates in Quarterly Board Meetings to discuss state-specific strategic plans, performance improvement plans, quality assurance plans, budgets, staffing concerns, and patient care. Provides reports as requested
  • Assist the Program Directors in the physician recruitment process as well as participate in the interviewing of prospective physician candidates.
  • Ensure that the program complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relative to medical care furnished by the program
  • Attends weekly treatment team meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes. Provides recommendations to the team regarding alternative care options.
  • The Medical Director is the professional tasked with labeling medication bottles in the absence of the pharmacist
  • Consults with the Corporate Medical Director regarding patient care-related medical concerns.

Education/Licensure/Certification: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and must have obtained the designation of a certified medical assistant, the medical assistant must receive certification from a certification program accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, a national or state medical association, or an entity approved by the board.


Required Knowledge: Must be computer literate and have knowledge of all Microsoft products, especially Google Suite.

 

Experience Required: 1 year experience in performing duties as a CMA. Previous health care or substance abuse/mental health experience is a plus.

We are a friendly, customer service oriented, diesel marine and industrial engine dealership and boat yard. Engines and generators we represent include Suzuki Outboards, John Deere, Yanmar and Scania. We need an addition to our team who has at least 2 yrs of in-depth experience working on outboard and inboard gas engines and electrical and plumbing. We need someone who can work on a team, is reliable, has a positive attitude, professional appearance, good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
This is a Full-time Hourly position 40+ hours per week.
Key Duties:
Perform mechanical and technical work on diesel and gas motors, engines, generators and systems of various size vessels (30-100 ft) and industrial equipment. This includes heavy and light duty mechanical, electrical and plumbing repairs.
Requirements:
Min. 2+ yrs in-depth knowledge and marine mechanical experience on diesel and gas outboards and inboards with the ability to independently trouble shoot.
- Must have experience operating standard mechanical tools and diagnostic software.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 60lbs, climb ladders, work in small compartments/spaces, work on feet a full day, able to wear personal protective equipment such as respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection.
- Able to complete projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensure project work orders are executed as written and all work is complete, meeting company standards.
- Plan with and receive direction from management regarding current and upcoming projects.
- Receive direction from and provide feedback to manager including job status, problems, better solutions or recommended adjustments to the plan.
- Customer service oriented and a positive "do what it takes" attitude.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Able to and willing to work overtime if needed.
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
