The Ride Control Systems Engineer will report to the Executive Ride Control Systems Engineer.
This is a full time role.
What You Will Do:
* Manage entire scope to conceive, design, & deliver control systems for a wide variety of complex and innovative ride systems and related equipment
* Conduct systems engineering for ride control systems
* Define system use cases and user needs
* Develop and capture requirements and functional specifications in documents, drawings, and models
* Ensure compliance with control system safety standards
* Perform engineering design and analysis for ride control systems
* Develop control strategies and algorithms
* Research new products, technologies, and methodologies
* Design, model, and analyze control systems, data communication, and dynamic systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Solid understanding of communication protocols: TCP/IP, CAN, serial, ProfiNET, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT

The Opportunity
The School of Social Work in the College of Health Professions and Sciences at the University of Central Florida (UCF) invites applications for one 12-month instructor whose primary assignments will be teaching and field placement in the BSW and MSW programs (both online and campus based) while participating in meaningful service at the school, college, university, and community levels. The position is assigned to the main Orlando campus with a projected start date of Fall 2026.
The School of Social Work is recognized regionally and nationally for the superior quality of its educational offerings and its contributions to clinical social work, health care, scholarship, and service to our community. The school has 34 full-time faculty, 14 staff, numerous adjunct faculty, and over 900 students. We offer a BSW and an MSW program. There are various campus based and online tracks in the MSW program.

The Opportunity
The University of Central Florida, College of Medicine Faculty Practice at UCF Health in Orlando, FL is seeking a Rheumatologist to join an expanding multi-specialty academic practice at our East Orlando outpatient clinic. UCF Health currently has four other faculty board-certified rheumatologists in our two locations, additional affiliated faculty at the nearby Orlando VA Medical Center, and four fellows in our fully accredited GME program; combined to make us the largest rheumatology practice in Central Florida. Applicants should be exceptional clinicians who have demonstrated a value-based philosophy of patient care and are seeking an exclusively outpatient care environment. The selected candidate will spend the majority of their time providing direct patient care while building their outpatient practice in collaboration with multiple specialties. There will also be opportunities for clinical research as well as teaching physician learners (medical students, internal medicine GME residents, and fellows in multiple subspecialty disciplines) and interprofessional medical trainees in the clinical setting. The Opportunity
The University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Medicine (COM) invites applications for a non-tenure earning assistant professor of medicine or associate professor of medicine position in the Department of Medical Education. We are seeking an experienced medical educator with expertise in foundational biomedical sciences, particularly pharmacology, to contribute to our innovative curriculum and support the development of future physicians.
The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team of educators to design, deliver, and continuously improve a competency-based, integrated medical curriculum.Responsibilities include teaching in areas such as pharmacology, cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, and genetics. (Rockledge, Florida), where the intern will collaborate with both researchers and industry engineers. All research and hands-on activities will occur at this off-campus sponsor facility.
Responsibilities:
This program focuses on supporting activities related to process development, optimizations and designs of portable, modular gas-to-methanol technologies in partnership with M2X Energy Inc., which involves, but is not limited to:
Development and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Creation and support of CAD drawings for equipment layouts, skid assemblies, and process components.
Design, assembly, and experimentation with benchtop instruments, including data acquisition and analysis.
Basic process control support and maintenance of engineering and manufacturing documentation.
Assembly, modification, and operation of flow reactors and adsorption testing systems (such as breakthrough rigs) to generate data for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) modeling and validation.
Participation in chemical laboratory experiments and processes, including but not limited to testing adsorbent materials to enhance methane recovery from renewable natural gas streams.
Preparation of written and oral reports summarizing experimental results, processes, and findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment or recent completion in an engineering or science undergraduate program and basic proficiency in one or more of the following: chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry with scientific lab work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with process diagrams and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and interpreting or drafting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Hands-on experience in bench-scale instrumentation development and experimentation.
Familiar with piping assembly, fittings, and gas cylinder handling.
Track records with detailed documentation of experimental procedure, SOPs plus good data management skills.
Familiarity with data processing, analysis and computing tools such as Excel, Origin, MATLAB and Python.

The Opportunity
The Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences (BSBS) at the University of Central Florida (UCF), College of Medicine, invites outstanding applicants for a position as Instructor of Medicine. This non-tenure earning position will consist of laboratory instruction and supervising teaching assistants in the undergraduate Physiology teaching labs in the Burnett School on the main campus.
