The Manager, HR partners with management across our Nampa facility to build people and plant capabilities that enable business results to be delivered. Contribute feedback to and follow HR practices and processes to serve plant management and employees. Set HR priorities. Facilitate completion of HR processes, including appraisals, compensation, and Talent Development. Process Payroll and administer Onboarding. Communicate with, engage, and recognize employees. Address employee issues. Interface regularly with the Corporate HR Team.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to influence plant management on HR priorities and items.
- Serve as management and employee resource. Partner with managers to appraise, develop, communicate with, engage, compensate, and recognize employees.
- Address employee issues, including performance and discipline. Conduct investigations. Refer to employee handbook, clarifying policies.
- Generate HR systems reports to understand items such as labor costs and turnover to then take action.
- Interfaces with department managers, following labor cost, and productivity ensuring departments are in line with budget.
- Partners with HR team to assist in preparing budget files as required from plant controller.
- May assist with benefits Open Enrollment.
- May assist with processing payroll directly or through HR team member.
- Interface regularly with Corporate HR Team and plant HRMs, and, where needed Legal, Compliance, and Safety.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business HR Manager to join our Operations HR team. This role will be a part of our manufacturing facility leadership team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for workforce planning, plant-specific initiatives (acquisition, retention, community engagement, & local talent pipeline development), and building a holistic talent advantage. You will also partner directly with the Plant Manager and their leadership team within the facility to drive plant performance and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with HR & Ops leaders to develop and deploy talent strategies aligned with the achievement of business objectives.
- Actively serves as one of the plants core leadership team members, leveraging knowledge of talent strategies and business acumen to create a long-term talent advantage that achieves results.
- Identifies opportunities within the plant that require talent solutions and applies the right solutions for success (leadership development, career pathing, team structures, etc.)
- Contributes to long-term strategic plans and direction of the business and manufacturing plants, functioning as part of the site’s senior leadership team.

The Admin & HR Associate will support office operations for our NOLA location and provide HR operational assistance across the Americas and EMEA regions. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a distributed global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities (NOLA Office + US Operations)
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies, facility coordination, vendor management
- Maintain office files, databases, and documentation using MS Office and GSuite
- Provide general clerical support such as correspondence, data entry, and reporting- example parking claims.
- Assist with operational needs across the broader US organization as required HR Responsibilities (Americas & EMEA)
- Support onboarding, offboarding or other HR processes including documentation, system setup coordination, and employee file management.
- Assist with HR operations such as timesheet collection, sign offs, rostering, background checks etc.
- Support employee inquiries and escalate as required to HR managers and leaders as required.
- Coordinate with HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations, support local events, employee engagement activities. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors in behavioral sciences preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work with global teams
- Fully onsite role in Somerset, NJ, Monday–Friday with an 8:00am start (no later); confidential hire.
- Construction industry required.
- Individual contributor reporting to the CFO and Controller; collaborates with CFO, Controller, HR Manager, AP Manager, and AP Specialist.
- Oversees A–Z HR and weekly payroll for multiple related construction companies (30–70 employees depending on projects).
- Processes union and non-union payroll, including certified payroll under the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wage projects.
- Handles weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings (W-2s, 940, ACA); tax/compliance support is outsourced.
- Manages union remittances, 401(k) funding, benefit reconciliations, and HR recordkeeping (I-9s, EEO, compliance).
- Leads recruiting, onboarding, terminations, training coordination, and certification tracking.
- Analytical, detail-oriented role requiring strong data analysis, accuracy, and communication skills.
- Minimum 5+ years payroll/HR experience.
- Base salary up to $125K; best suited for mid-career candidates.
