Requirements:

  • Active AR license
  • BC
  • Own personal laptop (No MAC/Apple)
  • DMA Certification or willing to obtain
  • Provider must have their own office
  • Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular
  • Must be within 50 miles of location
  • NPDB Report
