Senior Project Manager – HR Technology
Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager – HR Technology leads large, enterprise‑wide HR technology and business transformation initiatives. This role owns end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams, systems, and business functions.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone comfortable operating at the executive level, driving delivery discipline, and influencing outcomes without direct authority. You will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered successfully and aligned to business goals.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own delivery of large‑scale HR and HR technology initiatives from project kickoff through stabilization
- Define scope, objectives, success measures, resourcing plans, and governance structures
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk and issue logs, and executive‑level reporting
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate system implementation activities, including requirements validation, testing oversight, deployment planning, and business readiness
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
- Lead cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors
- Facilitate steering committees and deliver clear, concise updates to senior leaders

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of enterprise‑level initiatives
- Proven experience serving as the primary project manager on large, cross‑functional HR or HR technology implementations
- Hands‑on experience leading complex system implementations such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, or integrated platforms
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders in high‑visibility environments

Position Overview
The Vice President of Human Resources is the HR leader for the organization, accountable for building and leading a practical, business-aligned HR function across corporate and multi-site manufacturing environments.
This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role for an HR leader who can balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operational accountability. The position partners closely with the Executive Leadership team and will play a critical role in supporting current business priorities as well as future growth initiatives, including international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations across corporate and multi-site manufacturing environments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent strategy

Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at multiple years of direct people leadership is required

- Exposure to international HR environments preferred; Spanish language capability a plus

Position Overview: The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting key People Operations functions across the full employee lifecycle. This role manages HRIS administration, maintains job description documentation, supports light recruiting efforts, coordinates onboarding and offboarding, and provides firstline employee relations support. The HR Specialist ensures accurate data, smooth processes, and a positive employee experience while upholding compliance and confidentiality standards defined in Paragonix HR policies.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS platform; ensure accuracy, version control, and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Process personnel actions including hires, status changes, compensation updates, and terminations in accordance with company SOPs.
- Perform regular audits for data accuracy, onboarding/offboarding completion, and required documentation (e.g., background checks, I9/eligibility verification).
