As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. Mandatory Requirements

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Control Managers.

What We Are Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 

Or a minimum of 7 to 10 verified years’ experience as a construction project / program manager. 

Experience 

3-5 + years of experience managing federal construction programs or large multi-discipline construction programs. 

Proven leadership managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. 

Strong experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and schedules. 

Familiar and experienced with both vertical building and renovation and underground utility construction. 

Other Requirements 

Ability to obtain access to a U.S. military installation subject to background checks. 

Must be a U.S. citizen. 

Ability to work full-time on-site at Offutt Air Force Base. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience supporting MILCON, SABER, MATOC, MACC, or IDIQ contracts.
