• Conduct analysis of designs, drawings, proposals, scopes of work, and/or specifications to determine cost projections.

• Develops detailed comprehensive cost estimates for complex military facilities to arrive at the project’s selected plan while maintaining cost control.

• Coordinates complex construction cost estimates with estimators from other cost disciplines to create the compelte total cost estimate including all construction trades.

A residential real estate management group is seeking a Repair & Maintenance Manager in Columbia, SC to oversee repair, maintenance, and property condition standards across a portfolio of residential homes.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and oversee incoming maintenance requests to ensure timely and appropriate action.
• Review vendor estimates and repair scopes to confirm accuracy and cost reasonableness.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise vendor work, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
