We’re seeking a Survey Programmer or Senior Survey Programmer to program and manage our surveys in Forsta Plus. This is a great opportunity to use your skills to make a positive social impact. Work for an independent evaluation consulting company on projects in public health topics such as tobacco control, chronic disease prevention, systems change, and health equity. - Program settings for effective web and CATI surveying, including writing scheduling scripts for interviewers.

A clinical-stage biotech company in the Bay area is in need of a Senior Statistical Programmer to support the team on a long-term basis. This consultant must have strong tenure and experience in late-phase oncology clinical trials, preferably solid tumor. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Purpose
Oversees statistical activities and deliverables across a project or platform of related clinical research studies, leads a team of Statisticians and SAS Programmers and ensures that statistical deliverables are completed in a timely manner and with high quality. The Account Executive articulates concepts, methodologies and value propositions to senior public-sector officials to meet and exceed sales targets. The resource in this role will be integral to developing, maintaining, and enhancing phase 1, making sure automated processes are functioning, streamlining critical business processes, data integrity, compliance, and securing the application.
This resource will also perform as a technical lead, providing technical guidance to the other developers in the department.
As a technical lead, the resource will participate in a variety of analytical assignments that provide for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects.
The resource will also provide technical oversight to other developers in the team that support other critical applications.
Job Duties: · Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions using AWS services · Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python/Scala · Implement and manage Elastic Search engine for efficient data retrieval and analysis · Execute full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including gathering requirements and writing functional/technical specifications for complex projects · Develop database objects including stored procedures and functions · Develop software design documents and work with stakeholders for review and approval Job Qualifications: · 12+ years of experience developing complex database systems · 8+ years of experience with Databricks · 8+ years of experience using Elastic Search, Kibanna, and S3 · 8+ years of experience using Python/Scala · 8+ years of experience in Oracle · 5+ years of experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, and developing data pipelines · 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud-based Application Development · 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data visualization tools, and data integrity · 5+ years of experience using CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices · 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test driven development · 3+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps · Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) HL7 solutions · Experience with data warehousing, data visualization tools, and data integrity, and designing both logical and physical database models · Extensive knowledge in source control tools, such as GIT · Exposure to flowcharts, screen layouts, and documentation to ensure logical flow of the system requirements · A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field .

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components per blueprint and customer specifications
Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to plan machining operations
Troubleshoot and problem-solve production or setup issues to ensure high quality and efficiency
Collaborate with programmers and engineers on tooling, fixtures, and process improvements
Maintain equipment, inspect finished parts, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Requirements
5+ years of CNC milling experience; strong background in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis setups
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability in a precision environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Experience with tight tolerances and complex part geometries
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement
