The Coordinator will plan and execute various student engagement events including Orientation & Welcome Week, game watch parties, and other events that help build a sense of community between the Phoenix campus programs.


The Coordinator will oversee day-to-day support for student groups, clubs, and organizations by working closely with the Student Leadership and Involvement Center, based in Omaha. The Coordinator will assist with student club petitions, applications and registration process. The Coordinator will review and approve event submissions for the student organizations on the PHX campus and provide training and communication with all organizations, officers and their moderators. The Coordinator will ensure that student organizations are managing their budgets and adhering to student organization guidelines.


In addition to the primary tasks above, the Coordinator will work with others from Student Life and Academic Affairs to promote an environment that supports student success and development. The Coordinator serves as a student advocate and educator, engaging directly with students through one-on-one meetings, training, and crisis response. The position provides guidance in policy interpretation, behavioral matters, and mental health-related situations, helping students navigate university resources and procedures with care and professionalism. This Coordinator will address student misconduct issues that occur on and off campus, conduct training and education for faculty, staff, and students, and present policy and community standards through orientations, online training, and training by request.


Some evening and weekend work may be required as needed for special events.

Position description

The Department of Metabolic Biology & Nutrition (MBN) at the University of California, Berkeley seeks applications for a Program Coordinator (Academic Coordinator I/Lecturer) for the Master of Nutritional Sciences & Dietetics (MNSD) program. The individual will serve as a key member of the academic administrative team and instructional faculty. The incumbent will collaborate with the Program Director to coordinate and implement the MNSD program. The incumbent will formulate educational goals, analyze educational outcomes, and refine curricula based on emerging pedagogical theories and accreditation standards.



Central to this role is the coordination and implementation of supervised practice rotations and other aspects of the program. This includes managing instructional schedules, overseeing on-boarding, and performance tracking, where the incumbent directs student performance within worksite training facilities to ensure mastery of core competencies.



The incumbent will contribute to strategic academic operations, including student recruitment, graduate admissions, student advising, the identification of preceptors to maintain a robust network of external partners, and planning social and educational enrichment activities.



To ensure student readiness for professional practice, the incumbent will design and deliver specialized workshops and structured instructional sessions tailored to the needs of students pursuing future practice as registered dietitians. This includes developing, planning, and supervising campus-based practice experiences and providing educational remediation for students requiring advanced support in areas such as clinical practice, counseling, foundational sciences, and management.



While students are in their internships, the incumbent facilitates weekly student meetings, and provides scholarly evaluation guidance on projects and assignments. This is the Lecturer component of the position.

Position: Survey Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (3 days in 2 days remote) North Olmsted, OH 44070

Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 (wide range based on experience)


Must Haves:

  • Surveying, civil engineering, or related coursework preferred
  • Background in land surveying, civil surveying, or related field
  • Experience or exposure to boundary surveying preferred
  • Prior field survey experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D
  • Knowledge of survey equipment (Leica, Trimble, GPS, total stations, leveling)


Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Survey Coordinator to work for one of our largest clients based in North Olmsted, OH. They will manage and optimize survey operations between the field and office. The Survey Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of survey operations between field crews and the office. This role serves as the primary office contact for field survey teams, ensuring survey work is properly scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. The Survey Coordinator processes and reviews field data, generates survey deliverables using Civil 3D, and maintains accurate project records and data integrity.

This position requires a strong working understanding of field survey practices, equipment, and workflows in order to anticipate field needs, resolve coordination issues, and support alignment between field conditions and office requirements. The Survey Coordinator also maintains hands-on knowledge of survey equipment, assists with equipment setup and troubleshooting, and supports training and standardization efforts. In addition, this role collaborates with survey management to support new group standards, workflow optimizations, and continuous process improvement initiatives
