Job Summary and QualificationsThe Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of occupational therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients, in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. - You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status. You will participate in patient placement and in the development of the total plan of care.
- You will provide purposeful and skilled interaction care. You will use procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care.
- You will observe and report patient’s reaction to treatment and changes in patient’s condition.
- You will communicate pertinent payor needs/requirements to physician, treatment team, patient and patient’s family in a timely manner.
- You will prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs and coordinate assignments/handoffs.
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist

Job Summary and QualificationsProvides coordinated skilled nursing care to patients of all age groups, in the home. - Supervises and provides clinical direction to home health aides and LPNs/LVNs to ensure quality and continuity of services provided.
- Responsible for participating in on-call rotation and emergency call according to agency policy.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Minimum of one or more years of home health, public nursing or acute hospital nursing experience
- Familiar with Medicare home health regulations, documentation requirements, ICD-10 coding and PPS (Strongly preferred)

- Provide therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the patient’s Plan of Treatment.
- Assist in the implementation of vocational/education programs and activities established by registered Occupational Therapist designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance task performances, diminish or correct pathology, and to promote/maintain health and self-sufficiency.
- Design/adapt equipment and working and/or living environment. Fabricate devices to assist and improve function and independence and participation in the program and/or community where possible.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at HCA Healthcare, you’ll improve the lives of patients by providing individualized care that restores mobility and independence. Supported by well-defined processes, caseloads that let you focus on patients, and a strong partnership with your team and supervising PTs, you’ll deliver high-quality care with confidence and impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility
- Applying physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function
- Monitoring patient progress and documenting responses to ensure safe, effective care
- Teaching patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs
- Working closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence
What qualifications you will need:
- (LPTA) Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- (DL) Driver License
- Associate Degree
