UCF Information Technology (UCF IT) is seeking a Cloud Computing Engineer I to join the Infrastructure team and apply technical expertise to maintain UCF's cloud computing environment. The Cloud Computing Engineer I will follow documentation and best practices, consult with internal customers on new projects and implementations, and collaborate with multiple teams and departments during new Azure cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to service requests and incidents related to Azure cloud infrastructure. Fulfill routine infrastructure requests including virtual machine provisioning, storage allocation, and network configurations.
