A Brief Overview
Responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions affecting the cardiopulmonary system for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults. The individual must demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include, but not limited to oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring. - Evaluates patients in order to receive, review, interpret, and administer the prescribing orders regarding respiratory and cardiopulmonary treatments and tests. Accurately documents patient assessment, interventions, and progress in the electronic medical record, as well as submits charges in an accurate and timely manner.

This is a compelling opportunity for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to design, build, and scale the end-to-end supply chain for a fast-growing electrolyte technology startup. Anthro Energy is developing breakthrough battery materials and preparing for rapid scale-up toward commercialization.
You will play a foundational role in shaping core operational systems—owning day-to-day execution while building the long-term processes needed to support R&D, pilot manufacturing, and future production growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective sourcing
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight, shipping, and customs activities
- Support production planning and scheduling to align material availability with operational needs
- Implement and manage inventory systems; maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
- Work closely with suppliers to track orders, resolve quality issues, and prevent disruptions to R&D or manufacturing
- Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
- Establish internal processes for incoming quality control and material handling
- Introduce tools, systems, and KPIs to improve supply chain efficiency and support rapid scale-up and commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience driving supply chain, logistics, or operations initiatives
- Experience supporting supply chains in advanced materials, chemicals, manufacturing, or energy storage environments
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management software and ability to implement digital tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience:
- Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with Mandarin or Korean
- Exposure to pilot-scale manufacturing or commercialization readiness
- Advanced degree for senior-level candidates

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities related to factory construction, equipment, electrical systems, third-party inspection services, product packaging materials, consumables, and administrative supplies. This role requires strong collaboration with our China headquarters to ensure alignment with global procurement strategies and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for engineering, equipment and contractors engagement related to factory construction and expansion projects.
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/contractors for third-party inspection services, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage procurement of product packaging materials, consumables, and administrative supplies to support daily operations.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers/contractors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery, and payment conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, operations, finance) to ensure timely and cost-effective commercial solutions.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with China headquarters to align procurement policies, supplier selection, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor supplier/contractor performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage relationships to ensure reliability and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, savings tracking, and project updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
- Proven experience in engineering procurement, equipment purchasing, and onboarding contractor for factory or plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier/contractor management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable to facilitate seamless collaboration with China headquarters.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an international company with cross-cultural teams.
- Knowledge of U.S. and international procurement regulations and standards.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
