JOB SUMMARY

This position incubates and establishes a leading-edge global Data Governance function to support business segments, corporate functions and the Digital & Technology stakeholders. The responsibility includes

• Liaise directly with clients and account teams to provide strategic direction on implementation of data governance programs, best practices, adoption of standards, mast data management, and data quality improvement while leveraging leading-edge data governance tools and technology.
  
• Collaborate with and manage highly performing data governance and data management professionals that support occupier clients and account teams.
  
• Provide support on data strategy execution in the adoption of data products including enterprise data platform that provides game-changing analytics in the CRE industry.
  
• Serve as the data governance champion of strategic data products and supporting metadata and reference data.
  
• Implement and support data ownership and stewardship programs for stakeholders across the business to ensure that account teams adopt improved data governance and management practices.
  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Participate in the strategy, planning, and execution for Enterprise Data Governance at, focusing on Building Operations & Experience (BOE) business segment. Ensure the company has urgency, sensitivity and thought leadership for competitive capabilities around data.
  
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex, global organization, including the ability to effectively work and communicate across organizational lines. Ensure business stakeholder understanding, alignment and commitment to the objectives of the data governance and management program(s). Be the champion and evangelist for data, the business value, and the potential innovations. Be the trusted advisor to senior leadership and peers.
  
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships and leading high-performing teams with top talents around the world. Build a high performance environment and execute a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision/ values/ business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
  
• Collaborate with partners across business segments/ business lines, regions and accounts to develop consistent data governance capabilities at all levels, influencing decisions relating to policy, practices, supporting technology, and talent development.
  
• Establish leading data management practices and shared services relating to data quality, data provisioning, metadata, lineage, reference data, issue management and change management.
  
• Implement data governance as commodity services that could be leveraged by various clients in different industries. Understand clients' appetite and risk culture in day-to-day support activities and decision-making.
  
• Establish account team data governance programs. Define data domains and implement business oversight via essential data governance organizations and RACI (i.e. central data governance function, Data Ownership and Stewardship Program, etc.). Establish data standards, policies and controls. Design and implement the framework, including associated processes, necessary to sustain a data control environment. Monitoring compliance with data policies and standards
  
• Establish account team and cross-account data quality framework necessary to enable data quality reporting, issue identification, remediation and tracking, ultimately ensuring trust and confidence in data across domains.
  
• Guide the client accounts to adopt the strategic data products including existing account migrations and new account transitions. Manage data to support and its clients' business intelligence and scale appropriately with business growth.
  
• Experience in leading and driving leading-edge data innovation initiatives including big data, cloud computing, IoT, data virtualization and federation, etc., is a plus.
  
• Create and implement strategic approaches, plans, timelines, preparation of business cases to ensure expedited handling of client data protection, and other data compliance and security requirements.
  
• Develop and implement metrics needed to monitor/ report on data governance and data management progress
  
• Develop communication approaches and change management strategies; determines presentation focus and emphasis and prepares board-level presentations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area or department. Position will be responsible for managing direct reports across the Americas region and working with peers across all regions, requiring flexibility in schedule. May also be responsible for matrix reports. This position requires subordinates' recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Monitors appropriate staffing levels and reports on utilization and deployment of human resources. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training, including five years of experience at the management level.

As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. We enjoy a culture of sharing information and collaboration. Phased array radar systems have historically been reserved for specialized applications, but we're making this technology affordable to enable Detect and Avoid for widespread commercial applications. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. You will be the owner of real-time processing of radar algorithms on an FPGA, DSP-based platform.

Basic Success Criteria

• Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline

• 8+ years of professional hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar system design, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system

• Ability to use C++, Matlab and Python (Python preferred)

• Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues

• Pulsed and FMCW processing algorithm development

• Experience in airborne radar testing and development

Preferred Criteria

Compensation Range: $180K - $260K

Under moderate supervision, the IT Support Specialist - Service Desk (ITSS-SD), provides technical solutions to faculty, staff, and students for all aspects of PC/Apple/Mobile device support and configuration within a wide variety of end user environments.

All tasks and outcomes are documented and communicated within a ticketing application. The ITSS-SD works within an ITIL, metrics driven service operation environment providing technical set-up, support, service, and creative solutions for technology users. The ITSS-SD functions as a member of the Central Action Center (Service Desk) call center, owning and sharing tasks as workload as volume dictates. Must be capable of remote support, phone and chat support, support via e-mail, multi-team collaboration, and other duties as assigned. They will also coordinate with our Mobile Action and Learning Environments teams to deliver fully comprehensive support. All IT Support Specialists work in a 0-3 Tiered support environment. Any specialist may be required to work in any of the four tiers as needed.

The ITSS-SD must be able to work independently on moderately complex Windows and Apple technology while following documented protocols. All team members create documentation for the division's knowledge base. This role requires remaining current with emerging technologies via training, self-study, and peer interaction.

Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and automating the existing infrastructure and supporting processes for the ServiceNow Platform. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Maintain, support, and develop the ServiceNow platform via scripting and system configurations.

• Establish design and capability guidelines for new and existing ServiceNow features to ensure platform integrity.

• Architect and implement integrations with ServiceNow, third-party solutions, and internally developed applications.

• Research, recommend, design, and implement ServiceNow platform services, including workflows, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Performance Analytics, CMDB, and ITAM.

• Train internal associates and administrators in the use and configuration of ServiceNow applications.

• Own your code from design to delivery, including test automation and detailed documentation.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow system issues or operational support tickets.

• Provide rotational after-hours on-call support for ServiceNow production issues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of engineering experience with the ServiceNow technology platform or a comparable Service Management technology platform.

• Proficient in using ServiceNow or equivalent Service Management tools for analysis, design, development, and integration with other applications, including 3rd party software.

• Skilled in configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.

• Project management and leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes on complex service management initiatives and transformations.

As an Automation Systems Engineering team member, you will be responsible for delivering manufacturing automation & digital solutions to maximize the operational efficiency of our factory and program customers.
