- You ensure that regional security operations are managed in line with risk assessment, global and regional security standards and policies, in order to protect Henkelβs people, brands, reputation, information and other company assets against all real or perceived threats. You are heading the regional security team.
- Drive all areas of Security including Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Physical Security, Supply Chain Security

Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the various Area Managers to effectively promote safety ownership to field management.

- Demonstrated competencies in areas of excavation, rigging practices, confined spaces, scaffolding and fall protection.
- OSHA 500/510 certification preferred

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power utility construction projects. This role is responsible for full project lifecycle ownership, including safety, cost, schedule, quality, client relationships, and team leadership. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key liaison between clients, internal leadership, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of electrical distribution, transmission, and substation construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff; promote professional development and accountability.
- Oversee financial performance of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete, change management, and margin optimization.
- Monitor and analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) to proactively manage cost and schedule risks.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure alignment between project plans and execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements; champion H&Mβs safety culture.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, preferably within utility infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex utility projects with full P&L responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of utility standards, NESC codes, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, or municipal power companies.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the execution of power utility construction projects. This role bridges the gap between field operations and senior project management, providing hands-on coordination, schedule tracking, and cost monitoring for distribution, transmission, and substation work. The Field Engineer I assists in ensuring construction project activities comply with company and contract requirements and supports the overall project schedule by providing technical support for construction, including participation in planning, execution, quality control, and completion of the work.

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the ALPLA production plant. This role provides leadership and direction to the production team, driving operational excellence through effective planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Manager ensures compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards while meeting production targets and controlling costs to support overall business objectives.

Performance Metrics:
Safety Risk Level: Proactively identifies and mitigates safety risks, with documented improvements or action plans implemented quarterly.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Identifies and addresses root causes of downtime to improve OEE performance as defined in the annual Target Declaration process.
Waste Percentage:
Maintains waste levels at or below ___% of total production (target to be defined by plant standards).
Implements waste reduction initiatives, which contribute to an overall improvement that enables waste levels to be at or below the targets, as defined in the annual Target Declaration process.
Cost Controlling: Supports adherence to department budget by identifying cost-saving opportunities and reducing non-value-added activities.

What Makes You Great
- Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Bachelorβs preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws; excellent communication; HRIS proficiency; strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; strong organizational and timeβmanagement skills.
