We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with 3 years of experience to join our team. This position requires technical skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely while performing facilities and equipment repairs as well as preventative maintenance on Commercial  HVAC systems, makeline tables and walk-in coolers.


Shift – Full Time, Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, some weekends, and rotating “On-Call” duty with other techs

Job Description


Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair restaurant level equipment:


· Strong practical knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing systems


· Service and repair 5–10-ton HVAC units, makeline tables and walk-in coolers.


· Handle thermostats and remote equipment controllers


· Service and repair walk in and reach in coolers


· Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions for electrical and mechanical faults


· Use appropriate hand & power tools, refrigerant gauges, multi meters, ohmmeters, and other related equipment in the performance of PM and repairs.


· Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, roof tops


· Keep equipment warranty/repair records and asset tags up to date


· Mild plumbing work (mop sinks, drains)


· Mild electrical work (switches, outlets, conduit)


· Manage Corrigo, Service Channel, Service Titan W/O, equipment tagging


 Qualifications


· High School diploma or GED preferred


· Minimum 3 year’s experience with HVAC/R


· Basic level computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets


· EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, Contractor’s license preferred


· RETA / NATE certification preferred

· Must pass a background check and random drug screenings


· Must have a clean driving record – will undergo regular MVR reports


· Must have a smart device to communicate and access Service Channel


· Carry cell phone for “on call” rotating schedule

Reports malfunctioning equipment and disturbing incidents that occur in patient rooms and on the unit.
Charges supplies appropriately, prevents waste of supplies.
Cleans specified equipment and areas as assigned. Removes trash and used equipment.
Maintains patient records and charts to ensure an accurate record of the patient's medical treatment including temperature, blood pressure, weight, respiration and pulse.
Provides personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, eating, bedpans and transportation.
Maintains confidentiality of patient and unit care data.
Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings.
Orders supplies and equipment as delegated by Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
One year Nursing Assistant experience preferred and/or completion of Nursing Assistant course within one year. Two years hospital experience preferred.
Completion of competency based skills checklist.

We are seeking Signature Management (Low Observable) Materials Subject Matter Expert to join the Airframes, Radar Structures, & Advanced Materials team. This design team is committed to excellence supporting our customers and allies worldwide. 

This will be onsite at our Tucson location.

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for material and process development, characterization and system level integration in support of all Raytheon product lines and new business.

  • Material performance predictions and measurement tests of developmental and production systems. 

  • You will be expected to perform material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted material performance using Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM) tools. 

  • You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system performance. 

  • Material formulation and development

  • Fabrication process development

  • Composites operations support

  • Material testing and characterization (RF, mechanical, physical)

  • Preparation of engineering documentation

  • Customer and supplier interface

  • Participation/leadership of and program reviews

  • Project management

  • Mentor early career engineers.

  • Strong ownership of tasks; ability to function as Materials Lead on Integrated Product Teams

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience

  • Eight (8) years of Low Observables or Radar materials engineering experience OR Five (5) years with related experience and advance degree.

  • Experience in any of the following: Material characterization, or performance testing and/or prediction, and/or design experience, material down-select and/or integration on to air vehicle.

  • Experience with customer and supplier collaboration

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

  • High temperature LO materials characterization, testing, and integration

  • Experience with intrinsic property analytical techniques for the electromagnetic characterization of material.

  • Competence in utilizing thermal analysis techniques (DMA, TMA, TGA, DSC) properties.

  • Agile communicator, with effective interaction style that fosters collaboration with a multi-disciplined team, suppliers, and customers.

  • Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and executing projects/programs to successful completions.

  • Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development experience.

  • CAD software proficiency and technical programming experience (Python, C++, MATLAB, etc.)

  • Experience with Infrared signature analysis and control.

  • A current active U.S. Government in-scope DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP).
