Associate Maintenance Manager

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 5:00 pm to 3:30 am

HelloFresh is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the maintenance and reliability for our growing sites and equipment. This is considered a senior level technician role. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems.

• Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.

As a Maintenance Technician I at HelloFresh you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of our building, grounds, and equipment. As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. You will develop instructor led technical training materials on these systems and deliver training to controls and automation technicians across the network. You will also provide technical support and serve as the Installation and Operational Qualification controls lead for new launch sites. This role is the resident expert in automation and controls, and will lead the technical training program.
