In this role, you'll create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting by taking pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day. You'll also:

- Making drinks, pouring beer& wine, and taking care of corporate and leisure guests at the bar.
- Tapping beer kegs and serving draft beer and bottled alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders and serving bar bites prepared by the cook
- Monitoring and managing alcohol sales and consumption consistent with NC Liquor Laws, including checking proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years to purchase alcohol.

Executive Sous Chef
Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a culinary production expert to lead kitchen operations that will delight our loyal customers' taste buds and provide optimal nutrition to elevate their performance. - Oversee product quality and food safety in a mass production kitchen
- Ensure the execution of new recipes, training and oversight of kitchen staff to implement new recipes as well as part improve existing recipes.
- Develop and implement process controls in a kitchen environment
- Validate consistent, premium taste, appearance and performance of every meal leaving our high-volume kitchen
- Train and lead other members of the team throughout the various parts of production including pre-op, cooking, assembly, cooling, etc.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Safety Specialist to join our team! As Sr. Safety Specialist, you will join forces with the Manager of Safety and Loss Prevention to head up workplace safety initiatives for one of our distribution center operations! - Ensure OSHA compliance within a HelloFresh/Green Chef Facility including but not limited to: Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT's); New Hire safety training and ongoing safety training; Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding and Chemical Safety; all necessary recordkeeping and reporting including OSHA 300 Logs
- Assist management team during accident or injury investigations and root cause analysis
- Act as the management team's subject matter expert for safety and security questions
- Ensure visibility of HSE initiatives at the site level (Behavior Safety, Safe Work Permit process, Safety Observations, Near Miss, etc) to all levels of operations management and recommend improvements in effectiveness. Associate Maintenance Manager

About the role: What's in the Box
In this versatile service engagement, the expert will be responsible for the successful operation and functional evolution of People systems, specifically Workday HCM, Absence Management, and Compensation. The FSQA Supervisor for Manufacturing is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance related Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in adherence with regulatory and SQF standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance TMs whilst ensuring compliance to our manufacturing, food safety and quality standards, which includes approved processes, policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
