Job Summary
The Subjective Uncertainty and Belief Lab at Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of PI Mark Himmelstein and in collaboration with David Budescu of Fordham University.
Responsibilities
The responsibility of the position is to support an NSF grant funded project for using planned missing data research designs to estimate how people use advice to revise their judgments without requiring them to directly report their independent prior beliefs first. There are two directions this position could potentially be focused on, which would ideally overlap:
- Developing new cognitive models for how people revise probability judgments.
- Extending research designs that use planned missing data methods for addressing measurement reactivity areas beyond just advice taking research.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Psychology, Computational Social Science, Economics, Data Science or a related field by the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Theoretical background in topics related to judgment and decision making, preferably advice taking research and Judge Advisor Systems.
- Experience in either psychometric or computational cognitive modeling.
- Experience with missing data imputation methods.
- A strong track record of peer reviewed publications and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for the timely and accurate registration of patient demographic and insurance information, charge entry, collections, and appointment scheduling. This role supports a high-volume data backlog initiative, assisting with the transfer and validation of patient information into EPIC. Key Responsibilities
Data & System Support
- Assist with large-scale data backlog project, transferring patient demographics and appointment information into EPIC

Senior Safety Manager – Mission Critical (Lead, Hyperscale Data Center Brownfield)

Role Summary
We’re hiring a Senior Safety Manager to lead our site safety team and own safety performance for a brownfield hyperscale data center project in Boydton, VA. This is a senior, field-first leadership role working in/around live critical infrastructure, where disciplined planning, access control, and high-risk work controls are essential. You will set expectations, coach supervisors and subcontractors, and drive a proactive safety culture that protects people, schedule, and operations.
This role may be filled by a traveler. If traveling, the company will provide a company credit card and cover all approved travel expenses (lodging, meals, rental car/vehicle, fuel, flights as needed, and incidentals) per company policy.
Leadership Responsibilities (Safety Team Lead)
- Lead, coach, and develop the project safety team (Safety Managers/Coordinators) and set daily/weekly field coverage.
- Establish the site’s safety rhythm: onboarding, field walks, audits, corrective actions, reporting cadence, and subcontractor accountability.
- Serve as the primary safety point of contact with the client/GC, ensuring alignment to mission critical standardsand scorecards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Site Safety Plan aligned to client requirements, OSHA, and company standards.
- Own safety execution in a brownfield environment: phasing, shutdown windows, access controls, escorts, and strict change control.
- Lead planning and controls for high-risk activities, including:
- LOTO / energized work coordination (interface with electrical leadership and client procedures)
- Hot work, confined space, crane & rigging, working at heights, trenching/excavation, concrete operations
- Material handling and equipment movement in tight operating corridors; temporary protection/barriers
- Implement and enforce permit-to-work and JHA/AHA processes; verify task planning before crews start.
- Conduct incident and near-miss investigations; drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage subcontractor safety performance: expectations, audits, trend reviews, and consequences for repeat non-compliance.
- Deliver training and engagement: orientations, toolbox talks, supervisor coaching, and targeted refreshers.
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting: inspections, action tracking, client reporting, and leadership updates.
- Partner with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to align safety gates with major milestones (energization, startup, IST).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years safety leadership in construction; mission critical/data center experience strongly preferred (brownfield/live site a major plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a safety team and influence multi-trade field execution.
- Strong OSHA construction knowledge and practical expertise controlling high-risk work.
- Excellent communication and field presence—able to coach, correct, and hold teams accountable.
Preferred Certifications
- OSHA 30 (required or obtained quickly); OSHA 510/500 a plus
- CHST or CSP preferred
- Experience with client-driven permit systems and energized work coordination
- Familiarity with safety software/tools (Procore, SafetyCulture/iAuditor, etc.)

Position Description:

Scope of Role:
Responsible for oversight of food operations within the location, reporting to the Executive Chef and/or Hospitality Director.

- Assists in the development and management of annual operational budget, which includes the estimation and management of food and labor cost goals.
- Maintains food cost at reasonable levels without any adverse impact to Harvest Table?s quality standards.
- Monitors and directs culinary brigade to ensure that recipes and portion standards are followed, and that any adjustments made adhere to the Harvest Table Culinary Group?s standards and comply with the QA process.
- Participates in the food management process by learning and understanding the PRIMA system to assist with ordering and invoice processing.
- Interacts with guests via weekly table touches to obtain feedback on food quality, service, and special events utilizing the VOC (Voice of the Consumer) program.
- Ensures full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals: managing waste, standard menus, recipes, and ingredients while managing customer-driven menus and labor standards.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Ensures compliance with Harvest Table?s food, occupational, and environmental safety polices in all culinary and kitchen operations.
- Participates in service education through daily pre-shift huddles, menu meetings, and new associate training programs.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals and ensure full comprehension of the topic, risk, or liability level.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation, food products, and food service equipment.
- Degree from an accredited culinary institute preferred but not required. Bachelor?s degree preferred.
- 4-7 years? executive-level culinary management experience required.
- Minimum 2-3 years? culinary management experience in a multi-unit setting required.
- ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities:People Management & Development.
- Collaborates with the Senior Executive Chef and the regional operations team to establish training priorities.
- Trains the account, district, and division leadership teams on the concepts of culinary hospitality in the healthcare environment, as well as provides supplemental training on HCSG culinary systems.
