Associate Director, Operations
SHIFT: Wednesday - Saturday (4:30am - 3:30pm)

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director Operations. As the Associate Director in operations, you will focus on operations organizational strategy and lead projects associated with cross functional engagement of staffing, training, talent development teams across the business unit. The Environmental Health and Safety team is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Safety, you will serve as a site safety manager supporting site leadership. You are responsible for driving safe processes and ensuring compliance to all safety regulations. As well as being responsible for providing safety expertise leveraging lean principles and the hierarchy of controls to ensure the safety of our team members. You will develop and deliver safe processes through engineering and ergonomic solutions in partnership with building and HQ leadership. You will need to coordinate extensively with cross-functional groups such as Operations, HR, Food Safety & Quality, Operational Excellence, and others. You will build and deliver on-time programs that support operational growth where experimentation, imagination, innovation, and results are measured.

A successful Sr. Manager of Safety will have strong leadership skills, be detail-oriented, resilient, a quick decision maker, work with data, and possess a commitment to getting things right. We are seeking an experienced sourcing manager to join our Procurement team as a "Sourcing Strategy Manager, Protein". In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, the reliability of our supply chain, and will play a leading role in supporting innovation through new product development. You will have key responsibilities over SKU ideation and onboarding, vendor selection and relationships, price negotiations and contract management, budgetary planning and continuously improving our end-to-end sourcing process.

• Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, and overall upkeep of multiple buildings

This is considered a senior level technician role. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems.
