Executive Sous Chef

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a culinary production expert to lead kitchen operations that will delight our loyal customers' taste buds and provide optimal nutrition to elevate their performance. This cuisine is produced in large volumes while maintaining integrity and presentation before, during and after transit. Someone who has a creative eye and is detail oriented. You will...

• Oversee product quality and food safety in a mass production kitchen
• Ensure the execution of new recipes, training and oversight of kitchen staff to implement new recipes as well as part improve existing recipes.
• Develop and implement process controls in a kitchen environment
• Validate consistent, premium taste, appearance and performance of every meal leaving our high-volume kitchen
• Train and lead other members of the team throughout the various parts of production including pre-op, cooking, assembly, cooling, etc.
• Implement and adhere to gold standards of food quality and food safety
• Leverage hands on knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, SQF, and USDA regulations

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician I at HelloFresh you will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of our building, grounds, and equipment. You will ensure that the facility is maintained at a high level, general cleaning is performed in a timely manner when needed, and safety standards are upheld.

Shift: Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm

• Maintain and repair complex machinery (conveyor system, HVAC equipment, scanners, automatic doors, Dock doors, etc.)
• Maintain and repair production equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment and perform troubleshooting for problems and breakdowns.
• Maintain and repair facilities including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Vice President, Inventory Control Quality Assurance, Global

The Vice President of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (FSQA), Global, is a senior leadership role responsible for the comprehensive oversight of our ICQA programs. This role will build and lead a team to create near-perfect inventory control accuracy and tight process control, eliminating "gray zones," and ensuring that if a recall or containment is needed, we can execute with surgical precision. The scope includes our ready-to-eat (RTE) operations across multiple national sites, requiring multi-site ownership. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in inventory control and quality assurance within a food manufacturing business, proven strong leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in inventory control and quality management systems.

• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing global inventory control and quality teams, manage relationships with National, Regional, and Municipal regulatory agencies, industry organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control and quality strategies aligned with Company objectives while driving quality, cost, and delivery to grow capabilities of each site.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure integration of quality and safety standards throughout all operationsDrive and maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy (≥ 99%+) through disciplined, daily cycle counting.
• Ensure the ERP system matches physical reality at all times, tracking and eliminating root causes for any discrepancies.
• Implement and oversee real-time visibility tools (RFID, barcode scanning, integrated WMS/ERP) to provide instant, trusted data on lot/serial traceability, quarantine status, and inbound dock schedules.

• Create programs to ensure every inventory shift is recorded in real-time.
• Standardize receiving procedures, putaway rules, and staging controls to eliminate "mystery pallets" and warehouse graveyards.
• Maintain physical warehouse excellence, ensuring clean aisles, labeled locations, and logical flow from receiving to shipping with strict FIFO/FEFO enforcement.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures
• Speak "CFO fluently" by tracking inventory turns, days on hand by category, and carrying costs, ensuring write-offs are rare and well-explained.
• Partner with Finance to ensure operations data is the single source of truth for working capital optimization.

• Lead a disciplined, data-driven Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure inventory is planned intentionally rather than reacting to sales surprises.
• Aggressively manage slow-moving and dead stock (SLOB), reviewing aging reports monthly and performing root cause analysis on excess buys.

• Reduce variability at the source by integrating Vendor Scorecards and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) while measuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.

Job Description:

This is considered a senior level technician role. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will work with the maintenance team to maintain and repair conveyance, automation and facilities equipment to support operations uptime and improve reliability of our systems.

Shift: Wednesday to Saturday - 11:00am to 9:30pm

You will...

• Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, and security standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or vendors as needed for additional troubleshooting.

You have...

• 3-5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration repair and maintenance including mechanical and electrical operations.
• Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand basic schematics.
• Ability to travel as necessary (up to 5%) for business purposes.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

As an Industrial Control Systems and Automation Program Manager, you will work with the maintenance teams to deep dive issues and opportunities within the control systems for conveyance, sortation systems, automated baggers, robotic systems, and more. You will develop instructor led technical training materials on these systems and deliver training to controls and automation technicians across the network. You will also provide technical support and serve as the Installation and Operational Qualification controls lead for new launch sites. This role is the resident expert in automation and controls, and will lead the technical training program.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience within controls or automation environments
• Exposure to supporting live systems or production operations
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing technical team members
• Expected to support and develop other controls engineers and serve as a point of escalation for all of our brands, and a baseline level of hands-on controls experience

• Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in property claims
• Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices
• Knowledge of both residential and commercial building construction
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in your assigned territory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Proven effective communication skills to handle difficult/emotional conversations with a customer-minded focus
