This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading legal firm, providing expert counsel in complex, high-stakes cases involving trade secrets and restrictive covenants.

You will be working closely with our clients to protect their most valuable assets, their intellectual property, and proprietary information.

Responsibilities: 1.

Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, motions, preliminary injunctions, and trial.

2.

Provide legal counsel on a wide range of trade secret and employee defection matters, advising clients on the best strategies to protect their intellectual property and proprietary information.

3.

Handle cases involving restrictive covenants, non-competition agreements, and other matters related to employee defection.

4.

Conduct thorough and detailed investigations using computer forensics to gather and analyze evidence.

5.

Draft and negotiate complex agreements and contracts related to intellectual property and trade secrets.

6.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored legal solutions.

7.

Stay abreast of developments in trade secrets law and employee defection issues, leveraging this knowledge to the benefit of our clients.

Qualifications: 1.

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2.

Admitted to practice and in good standing with a State Bar.

3.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on trade secret and employee defection matters.

4.

Proven first-chair trial experience and experience litigating motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and preliminary injunctions.

5.

Experience with computer forensics and complex investigations.

6.

A minimal book of business demonstrating a track record of success and client satisfaction.

7.

Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

8.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

9.

Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

10.

High ethical standards and professional integrity.
