Job Title - Training Coordinator - Pharma Operations
Location - Easton PA
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination, compliance oversight, and administrative management of the employee development program within pharmaceutical operations or GMP‑regulated training. The Training Coordinator role require candidates with GMP‑regulated experience in a pharmaceutical setting. This role ensures training activities are aligned with operational demands, properly resourced, and fully compliant with company policies, OSHA standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations. MUST HAVES -

Responsibilities:

Reporting & Auditing
- Audit Support: Prepare and present training documentation during internal audits, client audits, OSHA inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Productivity Reporting: Generate reports on training completion rates and "Time to Productivity" for new hires to help Operations plan for peak seasons.

Technical Skills:

Role purpose
Own end-to-end cold-chain transportation across last-mile, middle-mile, and/or multi-stop distribution: routing + dispatch, fleet & reefer reliability, driver performance, DOT compliance, admin rigor, and customer service outcomes—with a bias toward same-day execution and measurable cost control.
This leader builds the system: standards, training, audits, scorecards, and accountability that keep vehicles moving, product safe, and service consistent.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Routing, dispatch, and daily execution
- Build and run daily/weekly route plans, balancing service windows, capacity, staffing, and cold-chain constraints.
- Lead dispatch cadence: cutoffs, staging, loadout sequencing, departure discipline, and exception handling.
- Implement route optimization and performance management using data (late drivers, route drift, missed scans, failed temps).
2) Fleet ownership (refrigerated vehicles + material handling assets)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to power the operational backbone of our wholesale and Ecommerce division. This role owns core wholesale operations including ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, routing and compliance, EDI performance, and operational reporting. We are seeking a Logistics and HazMat Specialist for a client in the Minnetonka, MN area. We're seeking candidates with experience who can safely and responsibly handle the shipping and receiving of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Job Requirements:
- Prepare hazardous materials shipments to ensure accuracy, condition, and regulatory compliance.
- Complete and maintain all required HazMat shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the US DOT.
- Safely unload and load materials with forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment.
- Request and prepare freight quotes, coordinate with carriers and logistics teams.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage daily orders.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally work beyond normal shifts to meet goals.
- Ability to use a forklift with training provided on-site.

The Order & Logistics Planner plays a key role in coordinating order processing, production planning, and logistics activities to ensure smooth daily operations. This position collaborates closely with estimators, operations leadership, supervisors, and customers to manage order details, timelines, and communication from order entry through shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completeness; follow up with internal teams or customers to gather any missing information needed to process orders.
- Acknowledge purchase orders within the ERP system (JobBOSS) or customer platforms.
- Create and release job routers, ensuring all necessary documentation is included (e.g., drawings, paint specifications, quality requirements).
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, scheduling, and shipping updates.
- Partner with the Production Manager and Director of Operations to maintain schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Assist with departmental scheduling and workload coordination.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including checking in drivers and verifying documentation.
- Prepare shipping paperwork, including pack lists and required stamps for completed jobs.
- Schedule freight and coordinate transportation with customers and vendors via email or customer portals.
- Maintain and update order tracking systems, including incoming order logs and active sales reports.
