This role is responsible for the validation and certification of commercial chiller systems. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll work in a unique manufacturing and dealer environment, leveraging expert-level AutoCAD and Inventor skills to craft low- and medium-voltage AC layouts, DC controls, and the logic that ties multiple gensets into advanced paralleling switchgear and smart control panels. Basic Duties
Develop exact electrical documentation
- Produce comprehensive wiring schematics, conduit schedules, and panel layouts in AutoCAD and Inventor for diesel and natural gas gensets, ensuring every reference, layer, and legend is unambiguous.
- Size and specify breakers, relays, PLC/HMI hardware, and interface circuits that integrate seamlessly with low to medium-voltage paralleling switchgear and DC control systems.
- Audit project drawings, vendor prints, and specifications against UL, NFPA 70/110, ISO, and customer standards; log variances and close them before release.
- Diagnose elusive startup, commissioning, and controls problems for technicians through root-cause-based recommendations that feed back into design libraries to improve the product.
- Translate application questions into concise recommendations and solutions and document in formal engineering notes.
- Maintain production continuity
- Follow standard protocols and proven design protocols to ensure consistent high-quality products that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Manage the submittal dossier

As a Sr. Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Vehicle Design and Integration team. Your work will help bring together mechanical, electrical, GNC, and safety requirements to produce complex components that are key to the success of our efforts to automate aviation. You'll collaborate with a broad set of teams to develop a system architecture and incorporate requirements across the hardware/software stack.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Sr. Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for defining avionics system architecture and completing trades regarding performance, complexity, risk, and effort. You will drive the vehicle-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements. You will be the owner of multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries) and will be responsible for how they are installed in the aircraft, verified, and certified at the aircraft level.
Basic Success Criteria
Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline
5+ years of professional hands-on experience with electrical system-level development, integration, and testing
Ability to work within a team, including strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues
Preferred Criteria
Advanced Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline
Experience developing system architectures and managing requirements across multiple interfaces
Experience integrating and troubleshooting various electronic sensors and components
Creative problem solver that can bring multiple disciplines together with the ability to assess risk and make design and development decisions without all available data
Experience designing, drafting, and building aerospace wiring harnesses, including using ECAD tools such as E3, VeSys, IGE+XAO
Proven track record of shipping products and completing projects

Our Electrical Site Lead needs to have scheduling flexibility with an ability to travel to different jobsites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty systems, devices, and parts by utilizing testing equipment and as well as hand tools to identify the sources of the malfunction to resolve the issue.
- Proficiency in electrical competencies including identification of faults in AC/DC electrical systems and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- Analyzing electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects as well as the necessity for modification or maintenance and to ensure code compliance.
- Verifying the compatibility and safety of electrical systems by testing the continuity of circuits within the wiring, equipment, and fixtures by utilizing testing devices to ensure the integrity and functionality of the entire system.
- Providing continuous feedback to management regarding any potential hazards associated with the ongoing operation of equipment.
- Performing job duties on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs to install, maintain or repair any electrical wiring, equipment and/or fixtures.
- Completing physically demanding tasks such as (but not limited to): trench digging, underground installation of conduit, and long- term bending, crouching, pulling, lifting, etc.
- Understanding plans, specifications, contracts, blueprints, safety documents and any other workplace or job site related documentation pertaining to each job.
