What we're looking for:

• Comfortability working with high mix, low volume parts. Ranging in various sizes, materials, and complexity.
• Extensive hands-on experience in the setup and operation of CNC machines.
• Familiarity with selecting, maintaining, and using various cutting tools and fixtures.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve machining issues quickly. For example:
• Skilled in identifying mechanical and software issues within CNC machines. This includes understanding error codes, alarm messages, and other indicators that suggest a malfunction.
• Recognizing signs of tool wear, such as changes in surface finish or dimensions, and knowing how to adjust feed rates, speeds, and tool selections accordingly. Also adept at diagnosing and addressing tool breakage to minimize downtime.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and efficiencies.
• Ability to program CNC machines from scratch, when needed.
• Skilled in selecting optimal tool path strategies, including appropriate feeds, speeds, and depths of cuts.
• Ability to calculate RPM based on SFM.
• Versatility in operating both CNC vertical machining centers and turning centers is highly preferred.
• High attention to detail, capable of maintaining tight tolerances.
• Advanced knowledge of shop mathematics, including trigonometry.
• Strong ability to interpret and understand complex technical drawings and blueprints.
• Consistently efficient in running both new and repetitive jobs.

CNC Machinist

Using your experience, set up and prove out programs on 4 or 5 axis CNC milling machines and machining centers to machine complex parts from various metals and composites to meet the tight tolerances required in the aerospace and defense industries. Shift

Responsibilities

Work from routed instructions, manufacturing process plans, blue prints and verbal instructions under moderate supervision.

Plan and make set-ups using needed tools for the CNC program per the set-up sheet.

Use a variety of hand held measuring instruments.

May write programs at the machine.

Download and upload programs at the machine.

Completes accompanying routers as operations are successfully finished before moving.

Qualifications

High school career machine trades program is preferred.

G&M coding experience.

Ability to read blue prints and working knowledge of GD&T.

Mechanical and spatial aptitude.

Must have own tools.

Summary/Objective: Our General Warehouse employees play a valuable role in performing an array of functions in support of day-to-day operations that include receiving, inventory, picking, filling, packaging, shipping, organizing the warehouse inventory and other duties to support the company's productivity.

Essential Functions:

• Sorting, picking, stocking, staging, orders for transportation of goods.
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, stack, or pile materials, such as lumber, boards, pallets, or trucks.
• Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported.
• Verify physical count of stock.
• Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
• Order pull and verification of correct quantities for order.
• Operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
• Safely Unload Truck utilizing pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Accurately process deliveries from 3rd party vendors.
• Compare the packing list to company purchase orders and ensure the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Ensure no damage to items sent or delivered. If damaged items are delivered, notify the vendor via email.
• Update the product inventory as products are received.
• Accurately count, bag and tag inventory.
• Assist order pull in finding any back orders that come in daily.
• Scan all PO receipts daily and send them to AR Department.
• Complete closing checklist before leaving daily.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Sitting, standing and walking intermittently throughout the day; may stand for long periods.
• May occasionally use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer.

Expected Hours of Work: This role is considered full-time working approximately 40 hours per week and is eligible for overtime. This position is expected to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00am and 5:30pm. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required to fulfill inventory obligations. Travel within the geographic region will be required.

Inspect and test parts at receiving, in-process and final inspection points using calibrated hand tools and CMM, and document results on inspection records.

Job requires proficiency with GD&T and interpreting drawings and specifications.

Monitor compliance with the Company QMS.

Prior experience with close tolerance machining and inspection in an ISO certified manufacturing environment required.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Position:

The Part-time Digital Content Designer contract role is needed for approximately 12-24 hours per week mostly in our LA office at the rate of $30/hour. The position is responsible for assisting in the design of a wide variety of visual marketing assets across digital content and print media for athletic accessories. The role would work within the team through the entire process of defining creative brief requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, photos, store signage, product packaging, advertisements, multimedia design.

Position requires a self-starter, capable of working independently and delivering brilliant creative assets, with excellent communication skills and amazing attention to detail. Creative flair and a strong ability to translate direction into design is necessary.

Applicant must have the drive to seek out what is needed to get the job done and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team environment, owning multiple projects at once, with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds. This position is responsible for maintaining the floors by vacuuming the carpets, stairwells, some sweeping/mopping of VCT. He/she is a part of a team performing these duties using an upright and or backpack vacuum. Shift is Monday thru Friday, 5-9 p.m. $15.25hr. Other duties may be assigned as needed:

• Overall duties include daily vacuuming, dust moping/wet moping
• Perform all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Maintain equipment, proper care of tools.
• Use proper PPE where required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
