Duties Include:

- Review leases for compliance, tracking escalations and monthly billing, monitoring renewals and expirations, managing fees and notification requirements, and incorporating updates from new amendments.
- Manage the monthly financial reporting process in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all financial information to management.
- Prepare annual operating budgets for assigned properties, along with producing year‐end tenant
- Monitor utility consumption and oversee the preparation of customer and retailer sub‐metering reports as well as related bill backs rent letters and completing DOE, CAM bill backs, and other reconciliation adjustments.
- Conduct thorough reviews of operating financial statements, property status updates, and capital and tenant improvement reports to identify variances and recommend strategies that strengthen project cash flow and net operating income.
- Manage the monthly financial reporting process in Yardi, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all financial information to management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
o Obtains and accurately record patient’s vital signs; reports abnormal values to treating provider
o Obtains and documents a patient’s history (Medical, Surgical and Social) and focused physical assessment, related to the clinic visit and as dictated by clinic procedure
o Administers medications and treatments to patients in clinic, under the direction of a physician or APP
o Participates in in-office procedure, as related to clinic specialty, under the direction and supervision of a Physician or APP and documents results in EHR

- Corporate Office Job Description: An Assistant Project Manager (APM) obtains, evaluates, coordinates and distributes the information and authorizations necessary to construct projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified.

The Opportunity
The Associate Life Solutions Specialist helps to ensure the financial security of our membership by assessing member life insurance needs, providing advice and / or referrals for advice, and making the appropriate recommendations based on members’ individual needs and goals. What you'll do:
Receives request for advice from current and prospective members through various channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, faxes and video telephony. Special Acquisitions Team employees will primarily place outbound calls triggered from underwriting work items. Life Regulatory team employees respond to specific regulatory/business needs as directed by policies and procedures.
Asks questions to discover key information, including life events, and to understand member needs. Documents relevant information. Life Regulatory team employees ask specific questions, often scripted, as needed to complete regulatory requirements and document relevant information.
Assesses member financial situation and goals. Life Regulatory will refer members to Life Sales representative for advice and recommendations.
