The Supply Chain Manager II is responsible for effectively managing inventory costs. This role will direct supply chain projects to ensure they are on time and within budgetary controls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive process and system improvements that challenge the status quo and are focused on finding inefficiencies, reducing errors, and driving out costs

The Role: Make an Impact
The Supply Chain Overages, Shorts, and Damages (OS&D) Intern will review all business OS&D and compliance incidents, manage documentation required for logistics claims and deduction refutations, and determine root causes in a timely manner. The role will include data validation, tracking, reporting, and communication. Additionally, this role will collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade to align duties with the company's goals and values. The Supply Chain OS&D Intern will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operational Excellence.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Review OS&D incidents and customer compliance charges; log them accurately in tracking systems.
- Provide proper documentation to the business logistics team for claim management with carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Serve as the supply chain point of contact with the business logistics team to acquire proof of delivery as needed.
- Review and analyze customer deductions related to supply chain and logistics requirements; provide documentation to the Finance and Sales teams for invalid deductions.

What Will You Do?
The Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager will manage the generation and execution of manufacturing plans from the development of the Master Schedule through packing of the units in Assembly. What Will You Do
- Develop, implement and maintain a manufacturing plan for multi-plant operations using a Supply Chain Management scheduling system. Review and make recommendations for approving the Master Schedule for sequence of models in assembly by reviewing machining, labor and material constraints.
- Maintain strong attention to material utilization, process flow, cycle time and inventory management.
- Monitor, revise and control execution of the plan on the shop floor using a Supply Chain Management scheduling system. Prioritize the sequences of manufacturing work orders; adjust queue times, move times and lead times to improve throughput.
- Assist in the development of the shop floor production strategy. Review the throughput capacity requirements planning (CRP) report weekly with manufacturing management looking for short-term problems at selected work centers. Review the throughput Load-to-Capacity reports monthly with appropriate management looking for potential long-term constraints associated with manufacturing and assembly work centers. Suggest the use of overtime as required.
- Meet quarterly with sales and operations management to review sales forecast numbers of existing products and new forecast numbers from new product introductions. Using the APS, create a Load to Capacity chart to determine and evaluate the impact of machinery, materials, methods, environment and people for all manufacturing divisions: casegoods, upholstery and bedding.
- Work closely with P &IC Managers in other facilities to make recommendations and implement necessary changes to manufacturing systems to improve flow of materials to achieve standardization of planning systems throughout the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the manufacturing plan and the results of its execution with the goal of meeting or exceeding scheduled completion goals for each facility. Work with P &IC Managers and planners to make recommended changes to Advanced Scheduling Systems (through-put) model.
- Assist with directing the activities of the Manufacturing Supply chain planner; collaborate with P &IC supervision, planners and clerical personnel to resolve planning issues and provide training and education in Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MAPICS XA, APICS, CPIM and CSCP.
- Provide continuous improvement of the manufacturing operations computer systems and departmental processes. Collaborate with the IT organization to improve current and new programs. Develop and annual budget for equipment and personnel.
- Work closely with all other functional areas of the company to achieve profit and growth objectives.

核心职责
- 与中国物流管理团队协同,制定并执行本地化北美供应链战略,涵盖清关、末端配送、仓储管理、一件代发及其他核心物流业务。
- 监督并优化第三方海外仓运营表现,确保符合当地法规、服务标准及运营效率要求。
- 作为解决北美物流及仓储问题的主要对接人,协同跨职能团队(中、美两地)提供及时解决方案。
- 生成数据驱动型报告,分析发货指标,核对费用账单,并与财务团队协作优化付款流程。
- 建立并维护与北美客户的稳固关系,解答订单交付相关咨询,反馈客户需求,并支持销售团队提升客户满意度。
- 与国内海外仓团队协作,挖掘、评估并引入北美地区优质本地物流合作伙伴及仓储资源。
- 优先处理客户紧急需求,保障业务连续性并超越客户预期。
- 完成领导交办的临时项目及事务性工作,助力全球供应链目标达成。
任职要求与技能
- 本科及以上学历(硕士优先);英语流利(母语 / 双语水平),中文精通(听说读写)—— 深入理解中国文化及商业思维模式者将获优先考虑。
- 熟练操作微软办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及物流管理工具。
- 拥有至少 5 年国际物流行业实战经验,精通北美本地清关、仓储、配送及供应链运营;拥有优质本地物流资源网络者优先。
- 深入了解全球物流市场,包括快递、空运、海运及国际贸易术语(Incoterms);熟悉北美进出口法规及全程出口流程。
- 逻辑思维清晰,具备战略规划能力及在快节奏环境中灵活调整方案的适应力;既能把握全局,又能关注细节。
- 责任心强,具备创新思维,能在高压工作环境中高效开展工作。
- 具备出色的沟通、协调及跨文化协作能力;为人正直、工作踏实,拥有团队合作精神。

Acasia unlocks the world’s underutilized compute. Our platform connects enterprises to idle compute capacity in data centers, hosting companies, and on‑prem environments — turning stranded resources into revenue while providing buyers with cost‑efficient, sustainable compute at scale.
We are growing fast and looking for a Senior Account Executive who knows the data center ecosystem inside out and can rapidly source new supply partners for our marketplace.
Role Overview
The Senior Account Executive will identify, qualify, and onboard organizations with unused or idle compute capacity. You’ll leverage your existing network across data centers, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure companies, and large enterprises with on‑prem compute. This is a high‑impact role where supply directly drives marketplace growth — and compensation scales with performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and close new compute‑supply partnerships with data centers, hosting companies, MSPs, and enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of organizations with underutilized hardware or stranded capacity.
- Evaluate technical fit and collaborate with Acasia’s technical team to validate supply.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that align long‑term incentives for supply partners.
- Manage partner relationships from first conversation through onboarding and ongoing growth.
- Represent Acasia at industry events and within your network to expand awareness and drive interest.
- Provide market intelligence on supply trends, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in sales or business development within data centers, cloud/hosting, compute supply, bare‑metal infrastructure, or related hardware‑infrastructure ecosystems.
- Existing relationships with data center operators, hosting providers, or enterprises running their own hardware.
- Strong understanding of compute fundamentals: servers, hardware utilization, networking basics, workload requirements.
- Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and managing high‑value infrastructure‑related partnerships.
- Ability to operate independently, create strategy, and execute in a fast‑moving startup environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- On Target Earnings: $250,000+
- Commission: Generous performance‑based commission plan with no cap
