Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 21–39 years old
  • U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
  • Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
  • No more than two (2) C-sections
  • Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
  • No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
  • No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
  • Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
  • Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
  • Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
  • Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Position Overview:

We are seeking Scientists to develop and deploy foundational AI models that will transform drug discovery across Takeda. As part of the AI/ML Foundation team, you will build large-scale models including large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and multimodal architectures that integrate diverse data types—omics, biomedical imaging, protein 3D structures, and molecular representations. This role requires deep expertise in modern deep learning architectures combined with foundational knowledge of biology, chemistry, and disease biology to ensure models are scientifically grounded and impactful. You will train models from scratch, fine-tune pre-trained models for Takeda-specific applications, and deploy foundation model capabilities that accelerate discovery across all therapeutic platforms.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and train foundational AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, flow-matching architectures) for drug discovery applications, with capability to pre-train on large-scale scientific corpora and molecular datasets.
  • Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained foundation models (protein language models, chemical LLMs, vision transformers) for Takeda-specific applications in target identification, disease modeling, and molecular design and discovery.
  • Build multimodal foundation models integrating diverse data types including omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics), biomedical imaging, protein 3D structures, and molecular representations.
  • Apply and extend state-of-the-art approaches including graph neural networks, transformer-based protein language models, and multimodal learning frameworks.
  • Apply domain expertise in biology, chemistry, and/or disease biology to guide model architecture decisions, training data curation, and evaluation strategies ensuring scientific validity.
  • Implement state-of-the-art generative architectures (diffusion, score-based models, autoregressive transformers) for molecular generation, protein design, and multi-objective optimization.
  • Collaborate with computational scientists across domains to deploy foundation models that address diverse discovery needs across small molecules, biologics, and emerging modalities.
  • Stay current with advances in foundation models, generative AI, and multimodal learning; contribute to internal knowledge sharing and external publications.

Education & Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field or MS with 6+ years relevant experience, or BS with 8+ years relevant experience
  • Deep expertise in modern deep learning architectures including transformers, diffusion models, and/or generative models.
  • Strong experience training large-scale models with proficiency in PyTorch and distributed training frameworks.
  • Foundational knowledge of biology, chemistry, or disease biology sufficient to guide scientifically meaningful model development.
  • Experience with at least one of: protein language models (ESM, ProtTrans), molecular generative models, or biomedical vision models.
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP) and GPU cluster training at scale.

Preferred:

  • Experience building or fine-tuning foundation models in pharmaceutical or life sciences settings.

  • Lead development of the baseline project schedule (CPM) and obtain required approvals.
  • Review and approve weekly look-ahead schedules and verify they align with the baseline CPM schedule.
  • Lead schedule updates and submissions in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate work sequencing with Superintendent(s), subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate utility requirements and provider scheduling as needed.
  • Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Review and approve work packages for field execution.
  • Represent Soil Solutions Inc. in meetings with owners, designers, project partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hold regular coordination meetings with Superintendent(s) and Project Engineer(s) to plan:
  • Equipment and material needs

QualificationsEducation / Experience

The Director of Foundation Relations is a key member of Reserve Care’s development team. The Director has primary responsibility for identifying, building and advancing philanthropic partnerships with foundations, corporations, and United Way offices across our 18-county service area in support of HWR’s mission and vision. This includes identification, cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of local and national foundations for five, six and seven figure commitments. This position requires direct outreach to other disciplines including but not limited to the clinical, bereavement, facilities, and finance teams to develop partnerships on cross-departmental projects and grants. In partnership with the grant writer, this position is responsible for development of an annual foundation plan including prospecting to ensure increased revenue year over year. As appropriate, the Director will also help develop the case for support for all capital campaigns and strategic initiatives as well as institutional writing. The idea candidate will have managerial and budget experience as well as a proven track record of increased funding from foundation.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage a portfolio of current and prospective foundation contacts to identify the intersection of HWR’s work with the foundation’s priorities
  • Create a range of foundation proposals that support the operating needs of HWR including Hospice, Pediatrics and Palliative care by region
  • Strategize with key project staff members to identify annual operating, programmatic, and capital needs as prioritized by the agency
  • Continually identify new foundations and corporations whose funding priorities match HWR’s needs annually; develop the strategy for initial approach, cultivation, and proposal submissions
  • Manage and direct the grant cycle including proposal creation, submission, acknowledgement letters, progress and final reports which set the stage for subsequent requests

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced medical educator with expertise in foundational biomedical sciences, particularly pharmacology, to contribute to our innovative curriculum and support the development of future physicians.

About the Role:

Vercel is hiring a Director of Legal, Product Foundations, to build the legal foundations that enable our product velocity at scale. The core priority for this role is leading privacy and regulatory matters on the legal team; you will also oversee IP and litigation.


You will report to Vercel’s VP of Legal and partner closely with Security, Trust & Safety, and GRC, as well as product, engineering, and other teams.


This role is based in SF, where we have a 3-day/week in-office requirement.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead Vercel’s privacy program, regulatory strategy and frameworks, IP strategy, litigation, and the legal team’s incident response processes
  • Translate complex requirements into business-oriented, actionable guidance so product teams can continue to ship fast
  • Build scalable programs using policies, playbooks, templates, training, and AI


About You:

  • California Bar admission or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel exception, and in good standing.
  • 12+ years of legal experience, including meaningful product counseling, privacy, and/or regulatory experience in-house at a high-growth technology company serving enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud services, and general b2b SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS business practices and relevant global regulatory requirements
  • Strong judgment and creativity around risk-assessment and mitigation. Able to make decisions with imperfect facts, embracing Vercel’s speed and obsession with product innovation
  • Deep technical literacy. Comfortable mapping technical architectures, data flows, and controls into legal risk frameworks. Excited to dig deep to understand Vercel’s evolving product suite.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, particularly with non-lawyers
  • Cooperative approach, willing to take on additional responsibilities where no job is too big or too small
  • Experience managing legal teams, building strategic programs, and partnering with senior business and technical leaders.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused drill rig operator to join our team. Operator will be responsible for drilling shaft footings for overhead sign structures throughout the metro area. Our footing vary from 30' - 60' in diameter and 12' - 40' deep. Infrequently some in state travel will be required. Your day will generally start and end at our shop in Eagan.
This is a Union position (Operating Engineers Local 49) offering competitive wages, benefits, and steady work.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate company truck to and from jobsite.
* Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
* Assist in loading/unloading steel casings and augers.
* Safety and efficiently operates wheel mounted drill rig to achieve desired foundation depth.

The Help Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance. This role is responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing system for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Windows, MS Office, VPN, and network connectivity
  • Document issues and resolutions in the service desk system, escalating when necessary
  • Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and access permissions
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset tracking and account provisioning
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure timely issue resolution and project support

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent combination of education and two years of IT work experience
  • Proven problem-solving ability required, including the ability to perform fundamental diagnostic analysis involving the use of basic systems, networking, routing, and technical principles
  • Must have good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with end-users, co-workers, superiors, and others outside the company on a technical and non-technical basis
  • Familiarity with IT Help Desk support software
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of producing clear and concise documentation
  • Able to carry/move/lift 40 pounds of IT equipment between the sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding DcLink best practices and functionality, including tranbuilder, device loader, forms, asynchronous business functions, and function tester
  • Manufacturing process flow knowledge
