Job Title: Category Manager

Reports to: Team Manager - Product Category

Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000

The Category Manager provides strategic market leadership in merchandising and vendor management. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, developing market insights, managing product assortments, fostering strong vendor relationships, and leading communication efforts within their assigned product category.

Sales & Profit Management

• Drive sales and profitability by closely monitoring and optimizing the performance of each product group.

Product Management (Merchandising)

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with vendors to secure the most competitive pricing.

• Collaborate closely with vendors to maintain high product quality standards; promptly address quality issues with all relevant stakeholders and implement corrective actions.

• Continuously monitor industry, category, and product trends to support data-driven decisions and sustain market leadership.

Overview

The Senior Automation Controls & Vision Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing advanced automation and vision-based inspection systems across the Global Manufacturing Supply Chain. This position operates within the Automation Engineering department and collaborates closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and software engineering teams to ensure reliable deployment of vision-enabled automation for defect detection and high-quality manufacturing performance.

Vision System Integration & Engineering

• Lead integration of machine vision systems—leveraging technologies from Cognex, Keyence, Teledyne, SICK, Fanuc, KUKA, Dalsa, and other industry vendors—into automated manufacturing processes for defect detection and quality control.

• Configure and optimize machine vision setups, including lighting, positioning, vibration control, reflections, and lens selection, to maximize inspection reliability.

• Develop and refine image‑processing algorithms to identify, classify, and analyze manufacturing defects.

Automation Controls & PLC Responsibilities

• Design, program, test, and deploy automation control solutions with a strong emphasis on Allen‑Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, FactoryTalk, etc.).

Required Education

Role Description

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.   
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.   
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.   
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.  
• Two years of acute nursing experience required.

We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our night shift on a unit that cares for adult patients with diverse needs — including IV therapy, wound care, ports, G-tubes, dialysis, and occasional stable trachs. Our team partners with local Primary Care and Specialty Providers to improve communication, streamline discharges, and reduce readmissions through strategic partnership to benefit our patients. • Coordinate patient needs across the care continuum, including partnering with the dialysis unit for patients requiring specialized treatment
