The Aftermarket Product & Service Technology Manager has a dual mandate: to manage the lifecycle of our aftermarket commercial offerings and to serve as the lead for Service Technology. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between what we sell (the aftermarket product) and how we deliver it (the service technology), ensuring the aftermarket team has the digital tools required to deliver a profitable, high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate combines a vision for the future of field service and aftermarket with the grit to build it. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire lifecycle of Nederman’s aftermarket offerings, including spare parts, maintenance programs, retrofits, and subscription-based digital services. Generate and maintain spare parts lists for collectors, ancillary equipment (fans, conveyors, spark detection and extinguishing equipment), and configured solution projects.
• Develop value-based and strategic pricing for parts and labor. Monitor margins and adjust pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Create aftermarket sales enablement tools (spare part brochures, playbooks, ROI calculators, customer specific spare part documentation) and train the aftermarket sales team on aftermarket value propositions.
• Analyze installed base data and competitor activities to identify gaps in our portfolio and opportunities for new revenue streams.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and continuous optimization of the service technology stack, including Field Service Management (FSM) software, mobile field apps, and dispatching/mapping tools.
• Ensure field technicians are equipped with user-friendly mobile solutions for time entry, work order management, and digital checklist.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools across the service organization. Conduct training sessions to ensure aftermarket team is proficient in software and mobile apps.
• Gather feedback from all stakeholders to continuously improve the usability of mobile apps and software ensuring technology is an enabler and not a bottleneck.
• Act as the guardian of service data quality, ensuring that asset history and service records are accurately captured within the ERP, CRM, and Asset/Installed Base Directory.
• Support the management of aftermarket product data (pricing and descriptions) within the corporate e-commerce tool. Drive adoption and develop strategies to transition customers and distributors towards self-service digital ordering to improve ease of doing business.
• Collaborate closely with Global Product Management, and Project Engineering to develop and maintain product user manuals and maintenance guidelines for all product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to support Aftermarket’s messaging at Trade Shows and to coordinate promotional campaigns and newsletter content.
Qualifications Your Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration. MBA is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Aftermarket Service, or Service Operations, preferably within an industrial manufacturing or engineering environment.

The Global Risk Management and Safety Surveillance (GRMSS) Portfolio Manager (Manager Level) is responsible for covering Pharmacovigilance (PhV) activities throughout products lifecycle management (other than Case management) for complete set-up, maintenance and closeout of programs. The position is responsible for ensuring global PhV oversight on pipeline trials, IST/IIRs, post-marketing programs and reporting requirements. The role is also responsible to streamline and standardize collaboration with Development Operations, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and other departments as applicable, assisting with coordinating PhV responses for all compounds and products.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Lead all PhV Project start-up, maintenance and closeout activities, including, but not limited to, Safety Reporting Plan review, safety database configuration/updates, regulatory submission impact analysis, training, as applicable, for clinical trials, IST/IIRs and post-marketing programs.
- Act as GPRM point person for key departments (e.g. Dev.Ops, Med. Affairs, Data Management, Reg. Affairs, Commercial).
- Departmental support for Portfolio oversight, including during Audits and Inspections.

Global Trade & Duty Drawback Specialist

Position Summary
The Global Trade & Duty Drawback Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and executing a compliant duty drawback program while maximizing duty recovery opportunities. This role will oversee the collection and analysis of import/export documentation, manage drawback claims, and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
The position will also play a key role in identifying potential tariff reimbursement opportunities, including those resulting from recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions and regulatory developments, ensuring the company captures all eligible duty recovery opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Duty Drawback Program Management
- Coordinate, maintain, and execute a compliant duty drawback program, including data and document collection (import, export, receiving, manufacturing, etc.) and auditing prior to claim submissions.
- Prepare and file drawback submissions and ensure timely submission of claims with appropriate documentation.
- Direct and manage the workload of the duty drawback broker, ensuring accurate and complete data is provided.
- Review company import/export activity to maximize duty recovery opportunities.
- Monitor drawback bond sufficiency and work with Customs Regulatory teams to make adjustments as required.
- Manage and document drawback refunds, ensuring accurate allocation to business units and reporting to Finance.
Trade Compliance & Tariff Strategy
- Identify opportunities for tariff reimbursement or duty recovery, including those related to recent legal and regulatory developments affecting tariffs.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory updates, court rulings, and federal policy changes impacting global trade and duty drawback programs.
- Evaluate the potential impact of South American duty structures and trade regulations on company import/export operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive process improvements in collaboration with Manufacturing, Accounting, and Finance to maximize refund recovery per manufactured unit.
- Coordinate with business units, Customs Regulatory teams, and duty drawback brokers regarding drawback desk reviews and regulatory inquiries (CF28s).
- Conduct feasibility analyses to determine eligibility for Duty Drawback and Foreign Trade Zones.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain and update Drawback Manufacturing Rulings, and prepare submissions for new activities when required.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, templates, and documentation related to duty drawback processes.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on duty drawback strategies, compliance requirements, and recovery opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing U.S. Customs Duty Drawback programs.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required.
- Strong knowledge of CFR Titles 15 and 19, including in-depth understanding of Duty Drawback regulations.

Fisher Investments Europe is looking for its next Global Marketing Brand Project Manager. Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing Services, in this role you will create and manage content or design requests and projects for our firm's brand advertising efforts.
The Day-to-Day:
* Work on end-to-end project management for brand marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, new brand creative development, and brand launches in collaboration with management
* Help with various aspects of brand projects, including tracking deliverables and milestones, collecting and summarising feedback, and gathering proper approval from stakeholders
* Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and workflows to ensure effective project delivery
* Collaborate with Brand Analysts on communication related to the management of brand projects, including communicating project tasks and timelines to key stakeholders
* Ensure deliverables all meet brand standards and have obtained necessary approvals before handoff
* Oversee assigned complex tasks to completion
* Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to management
* Help develop and implement proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
* Mentor associates and new project managers on the team
* Work onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment

Your Qualifications:
