Position Responsibilities:
Conduct audits and surveillance of all manufacturing and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, processes, and procedures.
Perform quality functions, including customer and FAA coordination, configuration change verification, conformity inspections, and airworthiness inspections (both pre-flight and post-flight).
Initiate and document any nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, or assemblies in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
Utilize technical specifications, sketches, manuals, and FAA publications to effectively accomplish inspection assignments.

Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector performs inspection tasks related to the removal, reapplication, and repair of surface coatings (e.g. paint) utilizing proper inspection methods, techniques and equipment. Accomplish routine and non-routine inspection functions during all aspects of the paint process ensuring airworthiness of the article.

• Follows safety procedures and wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment for the work being performed.
• Interprets blueprints, drawings, and other technical data.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Repair Administrator reports to the Manager, Engine Programs and is responsible for repair order processing, collaborating with vendors, and daily/weekly follow-up of open orders as necessary to ensure promises are met/kept. Day will consist of calls, emails, quotes, data entry, and anything else that arises as it relates to Repair Order processing and consistent follow-up. An important key element is communication with internal departments, i.e., Sale, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality, operating in compliance with company procedures and safety practices.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing Repair Orders as directed by Sales/Engine Programs.
- Consistent follow-up of all Open Repair Orders
- Data entry/updating of Repair Orders in our Pentagon 2000 (ERP) inventory software.

- General industry required documentation, certification, and traceability.
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent, with career experience in lieu of continued education.
- Must be able to focus on key tasks, prioritize duties, and manage multiple tasks.
- Computer Experience
- Experience with Pentagon 2000 SQL is preferred (currently being used by IAA)
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word, OneNote, Publisher, etc., including Adobe Pro)
Work hours are 8am - 5pm Daily.

F.H. Paschen is looking for new valued Project Managers with strong leadership and communication skills. We are a group that fosters an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork. The Project Manager will manage a variety of projects and manage the project team.
Assaigned Responsibilities
- Represent and demonstrate the values of F.H. Paschen: tenacity, versatility, ingenuity and pride.
- Responsible for the management of the entire project, including scheduling, purchasing, quality and safety.
- Ability to participate in preconstruction services, including estimating and value engineering
- Supervisory responsibility for Project Engineer(s), Assistant Project Manager(s), and Construction Intern assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders
- Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) to find alternative solutions
- Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders
- Review and approve Assistant Project Manager proposals
- Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners
- Point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, engineers and more
- Understand details of project scope of work
- Create and maintain project cost reports
- Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners
- Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent
- Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s)
- Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements
- Responsible for EEO/Affirmative action contract requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- BS in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 6-10 years of construction experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
- Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
- Experience with a general contractor is required
- Experience with Transit/Rail/CTA

$90,000-$135,000
