What You Get To Do:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various manufacturing equipment, including those with motors and motor controls.
  • Have basic working knowledge of industrial computerized controls, variable speed drives, level sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, proximity sensors, photo-electric sensors and IEC style contractors and starters.
  • Metal fabrication and/or welding skill is preferred.
  • Perform weekly lubrication of plant processes and ancillary equipment.
  • Disassemble and reassemble asphalt pump and replace packing in pumps and valves.
  • Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and pulleys.
  • Work unassisted as the on-duty line maintenance operator, responding to all line calls and completing the daily maintenance call log.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a related capacity and/or vocational school or other training program completed is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Oversee installation of various roofing systems, including single-ply membranes (EPDM, PVC, TPO), SBS, hot-modified systems, underground waterproofing, and air/vapor barriers (both liquid and sheet-applied).
  • Supervise the construction of commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities across the Philadelphia region.
  • Coordinate the installation of a variety of panel systems such as aluminum composite panels, insulated panels, single-skin corrugated panels, phenolic panels, and fiber cement panels.
  • Manage project controls across all phases—Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out. Responsibilities include understanding scopes and contracts, liaising between the contract and management teams, and supervising administrative, operations, maintenance staff, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare accurate cost forecasts, manage project submittals and schedules, maintain detailed communication records, respond promptly to emails, review supplier purchase orders, and attend weekly project meetings.

A Typical Day for an Interior Supply Inc. Inside Sales Rep:

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for being the face of the Interior Supply. You are the first person that walk-in customers see, your main job is to help translate customer needs into orders and service them in a timely manner to get them in and out the door quickly. You will also:

* Lead full demonstrations of Dolan Roofing's proprietary systems
* Self-generate opportunities through networking, referrals, and neighborhood canvassing

Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and workflows in our CRM

* Communicate clearly with Production and Admin teams
* Mentor Junior Reps and model elite execution
* Protect the brand, the customer, and the team—every time

For many years, Johnny learned all of the skills of the trade, earning his place as a master construction worker while doing so.

In 2011, while working for a construction company, Johnny entered the storm restoration business, first in Phoenix, AZ and then in Charlotte, NC. When he came to San Antonio, TX to help a family recover from a major hailstorm, he saw the need for qualified contractors. He decided to stay and founded his business, Dolan Roofing & Construction, to meet that need and serve the community of San Antonio as an expert contractor!
