We are working with an AM 200 law firm, headquartered in Chicago, seeking an experienced, Illinois licensed, eDiscovery Staff Attorney. The successful candidate will have all of the skills necessary to hit the ground running, immediately, and assist case teams across all of the firm's offices. The attorney hired will be part of the firm's eDiscovery attorney team and will be responsible for eDiscovery best practices advising, discovery scoping, addressing preservation and collection issues, and managing reviews and productions. Candidates should have five or more (5+) years of traditional eDiscovery, document review management, and fact development experience. Salary is expected to be in the $185,000 - $210,000/yr. range, depending upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the successful candidate's skills, experience, and education. Responsibilities
The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. The ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice provide a basis for the practice of the RN. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role, informal and formal leadership roles, and quality improvement efforts. The RN delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability and availability of resources. The RN possesses excellent communication skills; is skillful in mentoring and teaching; and may participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as a part of the responsibility of their role.

Qualifications
Graduate of a nursing program.
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020 and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date prior to April 1, 2020 must provide documented evidence of program completion of a baccalaureate degree in nursing program as stipulated by the degree requirement program in place at time of hire.
One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of LPN experience at Mayo Clinic is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. 200 Medical-Surgical is a 30-bed unit that cares for patients admitted from the Emergency Department, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Critical Care Units, and physician offices. The team serves a broad age range, from young adults to patients over 100 — offering diverse and valuable clinical experiences.
The unit specializes in medical, surgical, and gynecologic/oncology care. Common procedures include hysterectomies, mastectomies, bowel resections, and various oncology surgeries. Chemotherapy is occasionally administered, and patients mayrequiretelemetry monitoring or oxygen support.

A multi-disciplinary approach is used to provide patient and family centered care.
A continued emphasis on restraint reduction is ongoing and treatment focus is on assessment, stabilization, and after care treatment planning.
Our approach is trauma informed, patient and family centered, and evidence based.

What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
- BSN from an accredited school (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact) - Required
- BLS from AHA - Required
- ACLS - Required
- National Certification in your specialty - Preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience - Required.
- Experience with computer data entry - Required.
- Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems - Preferred.

What You'll Need to Join:
Education:
